DeeDeeBaby and TruthSeeker, thank you all for pointing that out. Reminded me of the movie ‘I know my first name is Steven’ with Corin Nemec, from back in the day (anyone here old enough to remember that movie?) That movie was said. This little boy was kidnapped by a pedophile and the pedophile’s previous victim. The pedophile had groomed the previous victim to be a pedophile himself and to help the pedophile obtain his next victim. Only the previous victim was sad, himself, because the pedophile no longer ‘loved’ him since he was growing up.

Towards the middle of the story the pedophile tried to groom Steven into kidnapping another little 6 or 7 year old boy. Steven remembered what happened to him and the older boy who had been abused and discarded, and that’s when he turned the tables and helped save the little boy from the pedophile. When Steven went to the cops, he didn’t remember anything about his previous life except ‘…I know my first name is Steven’. His life was hell after that, as well. He couldn’t readjust and people didn’t have sympathy for him because he was a male victim of a child rapist. But what was Steven supposed to do? He’d been threatened, and he’d been ‘loved’ and ‘cared for’ by his molestor-abductor, until the old life fell away. He was still that little boy inside who was hurting.

And that’s what’s happening to everybody involved in this. It’s a sad story all the way around. The victims don’t deserve being made fun of or talked about nastily. Rape is not a joke. Child rape and child molestation is not a joke. Make fun of the victimizers, not the victims.

People are joking about it because it’s a little boy getting abused. Were it some little girls, they’d have a different outlook. Especially since these guys are older now. Most of the people making jokes probably made jokes about them being gay when they first came out. It’s all a joke to them and they don’t care if someones life is damaged behind this.
