The Los Angeles city attorney’s office stated that they will not file criminal charges against Brandy. Let’s see if she’s lucky enough to get away from that $50 million civil suit.
Now that she’s free, maybe she will fix herself up. This case was taking a toll on that poor girl.

I know for a FACT that Brandy doesn’t smoke weed or anything else. She is very health conscious and watches out for her voice. I have been to a few of her parties(throught mutual friends) and I BLAZE, Ray J blazes and we always will have a small huddle in her back yard passing MAJOR blunts and she doesn’t smoke, even when offered. She just circulates her parties making sure everything is running smoothly like a good hostest.
But, she does get her drink on but not all sloppy drunk like. I can’t say I have ever seen her DRUNK either. But if I did, she is a grown woman, going on 29 as a matter of fact. She looks out and includes her brother in everything she does, but they don’t party the same.
And I first met her at 15 and have never seen or heard of her using any drugs. TRUST ME, IF SHE SMOKED, SHE WOULD BE SMOKING WITH ME cuz I only smoke the best greens, no joke.
