Im sure the pic is touched up then again almost all pictures are touched up/edited in publication , probably with photoshop – thats why its industry standard. I dont know about the implants though theres plenty that have it like that down here and around the country , lot of people have good genes or take care of their business in the gym. Not everyone has busted cakes heh..it is all about the blends though..
