Just because you get liposuction, the bypass, a lap band, tummy tuck, whatever–it DOES NOT MEAN your stomach will be flat and lovely and you’ll live happily ever after. You MUST exercise on a regular basis to prevent the weight from returning..otherwise your skin will have to stretch (again) for the weight, you will look like a sloppy mess–nine times out of ten worse than you did before the procedure and all that money (AND PAIN) were for naught.
