Not every body’s physique is going to react the same way to physical training. Don’t you think that would be sort of weird. I work-out, my brother works out our muscle definition is totally different.

Its funny to hear people who dont work out or have no knowledge of it talk about people that actually do. Thats not lipo that just very good dieting, working out and her natural genentics/body type. Reading suggestions Arnold book on budybuilding.

Working out does not have to include working out all your body parts. Doing abs, dieting and st8 cardio is considering working out, as well. You can get abs buy doing cardio which removes the fat over your abs which is hardest problem and doing ab work outs to define your abs. Its not that hard people. Unless you see scare people please stop hating and educate yourself on bodytypes, and working out.

There are three bodytypes. one has fast metabolism and does not require a lot cardio to gain muslce. One bodytype has slower metabolism and requires a greater deal of cardio then the other two. educate and stop hating.

Im sure the pics were taken amongst her and the people she was on vacation with. theres like a hundred pics (exaggeration) of her on this same vacation lounging and splashing at the beach like a normal girl. i think she’s gorgeous and I agree… she needs to redefine her career or her sound if she still wants the limelight. as for her stomach i dont know but i do know as a fan of hers its always been like that. she works out a lot and she’s always been small so there was no place left for her stomach to go besides muscular. regardless she’s a naturally pretty girl which is more than we can say about A LOT of women in the industry.
