Not every body’s physique is going to react the same way to physical training. Don’t you think that would be sort of weird. I work-out, my brother works out our muscle definition is totally different.

Its funny to hear people who dont work out or have no knowledge of it talk about people that actually do. Thats not lipo that just very good dieting, working out and her natural genentics/body type. Reading suggestions Arnold book on budybuilding.

Working out does not have to include working out all your body parts. Doing abs, dieting and st8 cardio is considering working out, as well. You can get abs buy doing cardio which removes the fat over your abs which is hardest problem and doing ab work outs to define your abs. Its not that hard people. There are three bodytypes. one has fast metabolism and does not require a lot cardio to gain muslce. One bodytype has slower metabolism and requires a greater deal of cardio then the other two. educate and stop hating.
