When the tranny can produce a photo, describe an intimate body part detail(mole, he curves to the left, etc)…maybe then I will pay attention. Otherwise, the tranny seems more suspect to me.

Both of you have hit the nail on the head! Whether Chingy did it or not, is really his business. Whether or not I agree with the homosexual lifestyle is really my business. At the end of the day, people should live their lives knowing that they are going to be held accountable for their actions. With that being said, brothas that are CHOOSING to live their lives on the DL should be prosecuted for wreckless endangerment & in some cases, premeditated 1st degree murder because that is exactly what they are guilty of.
I personally know of someone who was victimized by a husband who was living on the DL. They are both dead now as a result of AIDS but they left behind a beautiful daughter who doesn’t deserve the hurt that she lives with everyday of her life. Unfortunately for the wife, she didn’t find out about her husband’s “closet” lifestyle until after he had passed away. When she found out she had HIV, she knew that her husband had contracted the disease from sleeping around. The only thing that he had admitted to her was that he had two affairs but he claimed that he had used protection & didn’t know how he had contracted the disease. She didn’t find out that her husband had actually been dealing with men (several) until after he had already passed away
(and she passed away 5 years later.) DL men are going to have to stand up and be real men which means putting an end to this sick little game that they play at the expense of innocent people. The fear of being ridiculed is really no excuse because no matter who you are, somebody is gonna have something negative to say about you anyway….that’s just life. If you can’t understand how false rumors can damage someone else then I feel sorry for you. A friend of yours can divulge some secret of yours that you chose to remain hidden. Now everyone is speaking about it and writing things about you over the Internet. You don’t have to be famous to be subjected to this kind of injustice.

These kind of things can cause catastrophic damage to someone else’s life and their family. It can take a toll on them emotionally. No one is ever prepared to have vicious lies spread about them over the Internet. It hurts. If you don’t understand that then you must be a heartless person who only see people as fixtures and objects. No human emotions at all except venom.

Being entertained by someone else’s misery is brutal. Be careful what you do and say about people because you reap what you sow. When the shoe is on the other foot it does not feel so good. No one is anonymous. Unless you are a hermit, gossip is harmful to someones reputation regardless of celebrity status.

Sometimes they chose not to sue because they want the story to dissolve quietly and quickly. If they bring a sensationalized story that is false to the courts, the media will eat it up like candy. It will bring more attention and shame to the celeb if they have a long court battle. That is why they release a statement or just ignore it hoping that it will go away. These false stories do cause a lot of mental anguish but it can be worse if they sue because of further publicity.
