I clicked through to the link, and those words appear to be from the writer of the blurb for New York Magazine, not the company. Not suprising — that mag is kind of snooty. That doesn’t sound like anything close to what a company would release in an official statement anyway.

Or they would advertise with Grey Goose or Popeyes…

Thanks Sydney…lol. I saw catz gettin ready to boycott LV like we did Cristal (within good reason I might add)…lol. As I was reading, it didn’t seem like LV made the “…urbam magazine like Giant…” comment so I couldn’t understand why we were getting upset. From what I read, I don’t think LV said anything in regards to the ad being theirs or not, this is all coming from other sources, none from the company.

As far as that age old chain email abou Tommy Hifiger(sp), didn’t he go on Oprah and clear that up? I never saw the show where he supposedly said it, but I did see him debunk the rumor. IDK

His actions show he is still grieving for his mother…this boy is just “out there”. Who wants to look at his fugly face or her butt?
