Gay HIV-Positive Music Teacher Arrested For Sex With 15-Year-Old

An HIV-positive music teacher was charged with sexual assault after police say he was caught sneaking out of the Texas home of a 15-year-old boy.

McKinney Police said Roger (Joe) Kessler, 43, used the popular guy-only hookup app Grindr to meet the boy, and Kessler admitted to having sex with the teen at least four times, including unprotected sex once, WFAA reported.

The teen’s mom called police on Wednesday to report a burglary when she spotted Kessler trying to leave her home through the backyard. Police arrested Kessler on the felony charge, and he was booked into Collin County Jail on a $250,000 bond.

Kessler, a teacher for 14 years at Richardson ISD Academy, is on administrative leave, the school announced.

The boy is not a student at the school, CBS Local reported. Kessler also didn’t reveal to the boy he had HIV, police said.

There are so many levels of ain’t ishtness in this story, but the bottom line is, this guy deserves the death penalty as much as any serial killer.
