Financial woes aside, Damon Dash has never been one to shy away from collecting money he is due. The Roc-a-fella Records founder’s $25M lawsuit against director Lee Daniels is moving forward. Dash alleges that Daniels never repaid his $2M investment in The Woodsman, which starred Kevin Bacon. New details have emerged about the lawsuit that contends that the Harlem native actively helped promote the film.
