It was only a matter of time before someone tried to shop around a recording of Draya getting down. The Basketball Wives LA star’s sketchy party-girl past might be coming back to haunt her — this time in live recorded action. Someone is shopping around a tape of Draya and her former smash-partner David Miranda getting intimate in front of a camera — and David is SCRAMBLING to block the tape’s release.

We wonder what Draya’s on-again boyfriend Orlando Scandrick will have to say about all this. Via TMZ:

Draya Michele’s ex-BF claims they made a sex tape … and now he’s suing to get it back — because he’s worried their skin flick will go public.

TMZ has learned a video is being shopped around to the big porn companies … featuring a woman who looks a lot like the “Basketball Wives” star — and her ex, David Miranda.

Miranda filed suit in NY small claims court … for loss of “private documents.” David tells us the private “doc” in question is actually a sex tape.

David says he and Draya were banging from Jan. 2011 to Sept. 2013 … and have videos meant for their eyes only — and now he’s upset someone is pimping it.

Miranda blames Draya’s for the alleged footage ending up in the wrong hands.

We reached out to Draya … her rep had no comment.

A source close to Bossip reports that he’s actually seen the tape — and it’s not the most impressive piece of freaky filmed action he’s ever laid eyes on. He says Draya sticks to the standard smash tactics and there’s nothing super freaky going down.

Still, It’s not often you hear about the GUY taking legal action to stop a tape from coming out. Wonder what’s got him so shook?
