Kim K has decided that you all can kiss her Armenian cottage cheese. In the edition of Life & Style that drops tomorrow, Kim K has her first photo shoot sans the photoshop (gasp). Bossip has your first peak of the photos and the full interview:
Why does everyone attack your size?
I really don’t know. If there’s a picture that’s not perfect, where I have cellulite, then people say I’m big. I’m built a certain way, and you just can’t change the way you’re built. People attack my true size, but the reality is that I look bigger on TV [on her E! show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians]. In Hollywood, people are used to stick-skinny women, and that’s never going to be me. Growing up, I’d look at skinny models and feel like I looked different. But my parents always told us to be proud of who we are. When I was younger I was uncomfortable, but as I grew up, I grew into it.
People don’t believe you’re a size 2. Why not?
I don’t think people get how petite I am because I’m so curvy. I’m small and curvy. The No. 1 thing people ask when they meet me is, “Did you lose weight?”What are your actual measurements?
I’m 35-26-40. My dress size is a 4 or a 2/4. I wear a size 4 skirt and size 27 jeans.
How does it feel when everyone comments on your body?
It’s weird. There’s more to me than this. But I’m happy to have the discussion, because I work out and I still have curves. I’m happy to represent for curvy women.Do you ever feel violated by the comments?
Sometimes I do. On the red carpet, the paparazzi scream for me to turn around because they just want butt shots. People feel so free to talk about my butt, and it’s not comfortable. Girls come up to me and grab my butt, or if I’m doing a TV interview, people ask on camera to squeeze my butt. It’s uncomfortable. I’m like, “Let’s move on.

How do you get used to the attention?
You have to have a good time with it. Talking about my butt is ridiculous. My butt isn’t so great. I do have cellulite; it’s part of being a woman, and I’d be lying if I said I didn’t. Reggie [Bush, her football-star boyfriend] says I’m crazy when I even mention it.Does Reggie make you feel sexy?
He loves my body. He loves curves, and he has never made me feel bad. He motivates me to want to stay in shape and work out, and he’s a huge factor in why I did a workout DVD. We used to work out together.What’s the rudest thing anyone has said about your body?
My older sister, Kourtney, and I were in a clothing store, and someone said, “We have the big one and the small one, so let’s put them in separate rooms.” They were calling Kourt super petite and implying that I was plus-size. We left the store. It was in high school, and I was heavier during puberty. It was awful.What have you done to treat your cellulite?
I had VelaShape, which is a hard massage that’s supposed to massage out cellulite. I only did it once and didn’t see the effect. I don’t think that stuff works. You really have to get in the gym. If you’re going to spend the time to go to a facility and spend an hour getting massaged, you have time to spend that hour in a gym and work out.
Why are you so open about your body? You even had a cellulite treatment on your show.
I’m so tired of people pretending they’re perfect and covering up things when in reality we are who and what we are. You can try to improve that, but the reality is, nobody’s perfect. Just for the record, is your butt real? My butt is real. But I’m the hugest fan of Spanx. They hold me together, cover cellulite and give everything a great firmness and shape. Everyone assumes I’ve had some kind of surgery. I have not had any surgery at all. But I’m not opposed to it.What celebs do you think are inspirational role models?
Jennifer Lopez. She’s beautiful and curvy. When I was younger, I looked up to her. She helped me feel comfortable with my body.
Have your younger sisters ever come to you for body-image advice?
My younger sisters Kendall and Kylie talk to me and my sisters [Kourtney and Khloe] about everything, and we’ve talked to them about being comfortable in their skin. I don’t think interracial relationships can be generalized in that manner because I do believe true love can occur between a man and a woman who happen to be of different races. If we question every brother who’s with a non-black woman, then I guess we have to do the same for sisters who are with non-black men.
My problem is with the denigration of the opposite gender that at times accompanies interracial dating. I think you and I have different criteria when it comes to dating, and I don’t view it as “discrimination” to express a cultural preference. That scenario hasn’t happened for me, as of this date, and if it did, it would be a total natural attraction — not some “we are the world, and I must romance a man of another race” deal.
This conversation is interesting, though. I have had friends of other races who date men within their culture only, and I never viewed it as “discrimination.” I actually admired the strong sense of cultural identity and wanting to share that with a fellow member of the same race/ethnicity.

I read a commentator on another blog make the observation that there is no longer a “black community,” and I had to think about the statement long and hard, and, in my opinion, I think that’s probably right, and we’ll just see that situation intensify in years to come. The cohesion has pretty much been decimated, I sometimes think.

Your last line is what I think this particular commentator was referring to — that sense of caring, not the physical community itself. Yes, we have black neighborhoods, etc., but do we still have that community “bond?” Do we still believe in “it takes a village to raise a child?” Do we care for one another? I have stopped believing in the ‘village’ a long time ago. We have to loyalty to ourselves aor each other. When I say faith in the blk community, this is what I mean:
All blk students in EVERY inner city, must EXCEL in scholastic activites. They MUST EXCEL on the ACT/PSAT/SAT.
All blk students must take their freedom and liberty, seriously– It affects everything. Your ability to travel, and further expand your mind. We must stop getting locked up in droves. We need more blks in law enforcement and making the LAWS. We need more judges, lawyesr, architects, doctors, scientists and political science thinkers. This war f the minds will not be won by who has the most strentgh. I don’t kow if you noticed, but Asians are coming up. They start off so simple, heavily vested in communism, but then they move to America, eat the same thing for 20 years, save all their money, hire their families, bring them over, recirculate the cash in their communities, advance their people and their standing in other countries.
Every group comes here adn p*****es the blks, with the last group to p***** up being the hispanics. Last hired, first fired. Blks need to wake up and realize that we are not really a part of the equation. We need to use our brains and form our OWN think tanks and organizations. I hear where you’re coming from. I personally think the change has to come from within — those throwaway men aren’t going to change, so women have to be smarter in your dating choices. I think some of us just aren’t putting ourselves first and are settling (some of us even believe we have to settle, I believe). And when you’re settle, you’re always disappointed, sooner or later, and bitterness is a major deterrent towards developing healthier relationships. I think the more selective a woman is, the better.

I kind of agree with you. Blk people do need to change their thinking, but it’s not just on the support side. The people that have put themselves in the position to help others sometimes don’t use that to the best of their abilities. For instance, a black business owner that treats his/her customers like dirt and delivers an average product. Is it really the fault of the black community if they don’t support that business? I know I wouldn’t. If we treated each other better, then maybe people would support that business, that would in turn allow it to grow so that business owner could employ more ppl.

I post jobs for VA Beach. SO I tell people that I used to work with before that is trying to get int he city, hey there is a position coming open. I have told more than 10 people to call me up, I will do the application over the phone as well as the resume. Once it is uploaded as soon as the job is posted, I can go in and apply for them. I was like I got in so it is my time to help out a brotha or sista and help them get in. Only 1 person has gotten a job, but I kept applying for him over and over. Have those other ones called me yet? Nope. ANd the one that got hired filled outt he app in August and got hired in Dec.
It just got to a point where I was like I am not calling you or telling you anymore jobs.
Simply said, you can only help those that want to help themselves.

I do think that a number of us have to start putting ourselves first, stop settling, stop making bad choices in partners, stop creating children with those bad partners and wait for marriage to the right man, and make other moves that will foster our personal happiness.

not for real… Lets say 58% of these woman over 30 have ac*****ulate enough sense over the years to know when and when not to get in a relationship. For instance my pysch teacher told us that in order for a 30 year old woman to find a successful relationship, she would have to date a man that 60 years old or older, and what 30 year old woman that has it going on want to walk around with an old ***** men because the maturity level of the actual man is twice as slow as a woman. It works both ways and for a man, he cant comfortably date a woman his own age, because a woman his age is more compatible with an older man and thats why alot of men nowadays are picking younger woman, because the younger woman is more on the same brain wave length as them…. So with that being said if you show a real woman over 30 A REAL MAN that aint old enough to be her daddy then maybe she will except and step up to the challenge… ya think

I was awaken this morning at 4am by a police officer knocking on my door. When I opened she said “sir you aren’t missing a baby are you?”. Im like no, she says, “well, can you see if you can identify this kid, he’s probably around 2y/o and someone just found him outside in the complex”. I had never seen the kid b4 in my life, but at 4am he was outside alone with a pamper, t-shirt and no shoes. The officer put him back in the car and kept checking other places.
SMH at this kids parents. I hope to get locked in a bear cage.

Did I miss something? When has it become so wrong for a man to be attracted to women of other races? Why does Kim K have to be responsible for the Black men who do not choose to date Black women? When my ex would get all excited about her, it did not bother me anymore than it would if she were black. He just knows an attractive woman when he sees one including the one he had.

By the way Kim can very well be a size 2 and a 4 and have a 40 inch hip. I’m about her height and weight, with similar measurements (excluding the *****). Depending on the clothing I can wear a 4. I have 39 hip (but don’t look hippy) with the smallest booty ever and my sister is 1/2 inch bigger with a big booty. I’ve worn a 4 in pants that are at times too big. People’s shapes vary.
Kim is lying for no reason. Seriously, women know their sizes and 40″ hips are not squeezing into size 2 or 4 jeans. 40″ hips may squeeze into size 8 jeans or a 6 if they run big, but not 2 nor 4. Kim, you don’t even have to lie about such things.
