if you consider the complete package … Garcelle B. definitely. Gabrielle union has a pretty dress on and thats about the only positive thing I can say when looking at that … she looks tired, like she should have skipped this event and the collar of the dress is just wrong … cant put my finger on it but its weird looking and the black belt is doing too much & the the shoes look cheap, as does the handbag. this dress should have gone i the traditional style of a fitting sheath then maybe it would have looked better. Garcelle is beautiful, and just so much more “fresh faced”. She EASILLY wins.
