besides a vacation spot what does the carribean offer the U.S.? The relations with Cuba can improve Cuba and U.S. together and in seperate ways. Economically, educationally, etc. Look it up. It is one country that was cut off because the U.S. was not able to make it what they wanted it to be. Few more years and the death of Castro may bring open travel for all and not just for Cuban citizens in the U.S. being able to go. SO much drama with cuban cigars to come……
