are ya’ll forgetting the fact that she has CORNS ON HER FEET? GOES TO SHOW MISS “PERFECT BEYONCE” IS NOT PERFECT AT ALL!!! SHE GOT CORNS & BUNIONS LIKE ANY REGULAR PERSON!!! SHE NEEDS TO STOP DANCING IN THOSE DAMN STILLETOS…..

  • Holla

    P.S @ Mrs.
Other people put her in the role model position. Yeah you can argue she is a celebrity so she automatically becomes a role model. Well if that’s the case Ray J and lil Kim are role models too. People will mimic who and what they want. Is it Bey’s fault people look up to her? No, if you don’t like it then don’t look.

  • Holla

    @The Chocolate Diva

No one is perfect. Idk, why people actually believe celebrities are any different than anybody else. What is the point is saying “they are not perfect”?? No shit. Their human which means they CAN’T be perfect.

  • Let’s talk truth…

Bey is not an icon yet.

  • MsFit

As someone summed it up recently on a talk show: “PEOPLE DON’T LIKE HER BECAUSE SHE IS THE MOST RELEVANT ENTERTAINER OUT “right now”. She’s pretty, talented and no one right now can match her dance moves.(she’s an entertainer). She’s in demand by magazines, producers, commercials…she has the “IT” factor. So, with all of that, people want to see her fail.

    I concur…Why is that?

People will put you up on a pedestal and when you get to the top, they want you to fall flat on your face…WHY? Human nature, I guess, huh?

  • Holla

    @MsFIT
You are so right. People love to cheer for the underdog but can’t wait for those on top to fall.

  • Let’s talk truth…

Agreed. She has a high demand and I don’t blame her for getting that money. No hate there. But there are times where we can not get away from her image. She is just everywhere – it gets sickening.

  • Frog-a-licious

    I love those boots!

  • pm

Jay a lucky man to have that crawl out of bed in morning

  • Holla

    @ Mrs.

Everyone is allowed to have and express freely their opinion. Just like everyone is allowed to dress the way they want to. Like you said it the idiot parents fault. They are responsible for what the child is exposed to not Beyonce. She does not and should not alter what she does or wears for anyone but herself. She isn’t criticizing women who cover up so women who cover up shouldn’t criticize her. Her body is HER body. Not her husbands and not her parents (after 18 years). Granted, I wish she would cover up more b/c I was raised to be modest and don’t want the attention guys give. However, I’m sick of this “all women should or shouldn’t” mentality. Men don’t have this burden. They can do or not do whatever they want. Why should she b/c of her gender be limited in what she wants to wear? You say it doesn’t leave much to the imagination. I will give you that but where is the hand book on how to be a woman? Including the chapters on what’s acceptable for a woman to wear, when and how many children you are supposed to have, and what type of man you should marry?
It’s her choice. Just like it’s yours.

  • DeE

Damn that was rambling and long……..

  • 11:11

    @ Chocolate Diva
I saw them, but chalked it up to her being a human- the stockings I will call her on those, but not her feet- thats hate too deep for me… she’s done many shows on those feet, even ballerinas have bad feet

  • http://bossip Neffz

mayb its my eyes but plz tell me she aint wearin no beige tights wid dat jount loooool

  • http://bossip diana Miller

Where would she be if she kept her clothes on? Seriously. When this question is posed most don’t have an answer or you get the typical, “your a hater. You she has money.” How shallow is that! To seriously answer that question, they would have to admit that her exposed body is what sells her music. She sings jingles with now substance. I guess that’s ok for kids but at almost 30, you should have a more secure sense of what it means to be a women and know the difference between classy and trashy. If a not so attractive grown women was running around in a leotard singing, “put a ring on it,” this song would get no air time, only ridiculed. She is probably one of the most overrated entertainers of our time. She’s a good entertainer and I will stop it at that. I don’t knock her hard work or dedication, but a role model? I don’t think so.

  • Sharie

BEY- Not feelin the stockings and sandals but the t-shirt and thigh-high boots pic is cute-

  • http://bossip DEANA

Excuse me Marquis, but what do I have to be jealous of. I’m highly educated with a very good job. To top having brains, I’m also very pretty. My concern is our young daughters out her getting the wrong message. Do you have any kids? It’s hard to raise a girl these days. I try to teach mine that her brain is her best assest and not her looks. My daughter is beautiful and I want her to know that she can get the love and respect she deserves in this world by using her mind. That is a very hard to accomplish when the media tells you otherwise. Your comment is the perfect example of what I’m talking about. Any negativity is viewed as being a hater. That’s a very shallow comeback with zero substance. I think it’s time to make music what it use to be. When women stood there and sung there hearts out and bought the audience to tears filled with emotion. Good music.

  • http://bossip DEANA

Marquis, there are some very insightful comments on here. Do you have any responses to any of them that makes any sense? I’m not commenting on if she’s pretty, fat, to much weave, etc. I think she’s pretty. I think she’s prettier natural because she has naturally beautiful features. I think all that extra stuff takes away from what she really has. I didn’t say she couldn’t sing. I think she can sing better than her songs allow her to display. I want her to be successful in all that she does. I also believe she can still be a success if she cut back on some of the rauchiness because she has talent.

  • pm

@Deana…”My concern is our young daughters out her getting the wrong message” Thats the problem with black folks depending on stars to raise their kids.

  • http://bossip DEANA

It’s not about “stars” raising my daughter. It’s about what’s bombarded on TV, magazines, music, radio. It’s everywhere. Parents all around do what they can to keep there kids on track and fill them with self worth and the venues of entertainment make it challlenging. Especially when so many think that it’s acceptable. Children of today are getting the wrong message. That’s very true. Who’s going to argue that. I read a few of your other responses and you seem like you lack depth. Did I ever say I was black? This isn’t just a black issue.

  • Huh? (new on here but not 2 b confused with the other 1)

Do my eyes deceive me, Beyonce has on flat shoes? First Tyra with dark hair now this. We must be living in the last days.

  • pm

@Deana.. you can’t stop a kid from seeing that kinda of stuff, unless you move to Utah…This woman never made disney music..and not getting pregnant, before marriage or making your own money are pretty good messages in my opinion.

  • CHERYL

JUST BECAUSE YOUR CHILD SEES SOMETHING ON TELEVISION OR A MAGAZINE DOES NOT MEAN THEY HAVE TO FOLLOW IT. YOU ARE THE PARENT, YOU RAISE YOUR CHILDREN NOT THE CELEBRITIES. I WOULD LIKE TO THINK I AM RAISING LEADERS, AND NOT FOLLOWERS. I HAVE 2 DAUGHTERS MYSELF, BEYONCE DOES NOT DEFINE THEM. THEY LIKE HER MUSIC, BUT THAT’S WHERE IT STOPS. MY ELDEST DAUGHTER WAS NICKNAMED BEAUTIFUL FROM BIRTH, YET SHE IS AN HONOR ROLL STUDENT. SHE HAS A DREAM GOING TO HARVARD AND BECOMING A LAWYER. A SISTER WHO WANTS TO FOLLOW HER BUT SHE WANTS TO BE A PEDIATRICIAN, SO DON’T LET THE HYPE FOOL YOU. I AM A BEYONCE FAN THROUGH AND THROUGH, MY KIDS LIKE HER BUT NOT LIKE ME. POINT BEING WE RAISE OUR KIDS TO BE WHOM THEY WILL BE NOT THE ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS.

  • http://bossip DEANA

Deana, you are missing the point. It’s not just about her. Get your head out of her a$$ so you can have an adult conversation about what’s going on in the world. I don’t believe in giving credit to people for doing what your suppose to do. So not getting pregnant and making your own money is a given in my book. Is that all you got? Celebrities are not role models in my book. I just wish people with mass power to influence millions, would use that power constuctively.

  • Mrs.

    @ Deana

    AMEN honey.

  • Mrs.

    @ HOLLA

And you are judging as well. The only person here that is mentally warped is you and you are defending it because you are most likely one of those non respect having females who thinks it’s okay to show off your body to who ever will look. Once you get some respect for yourself then you can talk to me. :) Holla!!!!!!!!!!

  • http://bossip MoniSings

Beyonce is beautiful. I hope she continues to have success.

  • Eyezknowdatruth

Bey is looks like very lightweight to me. Photoshop or not she needs to stop what she’s doing immediately.

  • http://bossip DEANA

    Cheryl,
Another person missing the point. I’m fully aware of the fact that kids don’t have to follow what’s on TV It’s about the prevalence of women using sexuality as if that is all they have. Me and my child talk about the images being portrayed all the time. I know where her head is at. In fact, she’s in the 10th grade taking college courses. She is following in her role model’s footsteps… HER MOTHER’S! So don’t get it twisted. This goes way deeper than you want to admit. Have you been out lately? You can’t just dance with a man anymore and have a nice time. They think that if you dance with them that gives them a license to touch you or hump all over you. I work in corporate america where I could easily use my body to advance myself but I’m taking the long route by using my brains. But I know alot who have their breast out and sleepy around to get ahead. I can sleep at night because I got mind by respecting myself. Even Beyonce said she wishes she was smarter. It’s about the impact on all women young and old. Glad to hear your kids are on track. Keep up the good work!

  • Holla

    @ Mrs

P.S. I love how you ignored all those scriptures I laid out for you and hoped right into the victim role. Just like a true hypocritical, CHRISTIAN!!!

  • B.I.N.F.L…

VERY NICE BEY VERY NICE ;)

  • http://bossip LINDA

    HOLLA, CHERYL
You both seem to have so much to say about the matter but neither one of you answered the thought provoking question, “Where would she be if she kept some clothes on?”

  • BK….

photoshop is the devil. Bey don’t need to be chopped and screwed.

  • http://bossiphenny kriss

Nothing is wrong with the pics they are just beautiful.

  • http://boossip Marlena

b is getting old and it is time for her to sit down and give a new person time to shine. She is wealthy share the wealth stop being greedy. have you seen her feet lately they are tore up corns, bullions. That scar on her leg, also she has cellulite on her legs move over

  • AWWWWWWWWWWWSHADDAAAAAAAP!!!!

    I’m loving that look.

  • http://bossip LINDA

Oh, yeah. You said she was a good entertainer if she kept her clothes on. The others you mentioned are great. It’s true that people will always find something not to like about you. But real rational grown people have there reasons for not caring for a particular person. Everything isn’t attributed to being a hater, jealous, insecure, etc.

  • Demeter

LOL. If you don’t like Beyonce, it seems like you’d scroll on down to the next article. I mean why even bother??

  • Holla

    @ LINDA
I see what you’re saying but my problem is that there tons of “smart, strong, individuals with a voice and not just objects just like there are some that aren’t. One person doesn’t represent all people. Beyonce does not represent or speak for all women. Again, most of what you said is subjective from person to person. Also no one has any control over how someone sees them. You can’t make anyone think highly of you regardless of what you do, say, or wear. She doesn’t sound like an airhead, she is a good entertainer, and would be on the same level as A. Keys and the others I mentioned TO ME. Whether she actually would be, no one knows and we never will. Also, I already mentioned in my previous post that nature vs nurture must be taken into account. I am very aware of our world and society just like I am aware of those who are not affect by it or are not affected by it by such a large degree. Also beyonce is not the first female to be half dressed. How young girls behave can not be laid on her shoulders. If that were the case little Sasha and Malia are in trouble but you and I both know that is not the case. Why? B/c they have parents that are involved and showing them that just b/c someone else is doing something it doesn’t mean you have to do it. Michelle Obama even said that Beyonce is a role model and her girls love her. Doesn’t mean Beyonce is a role model for everybody else or their daughters. Do you get it? There is nothing wrong with “being better, stronger, smarter, and in control of your life without demeaning yourself” but that too is subjective. Everyone’s idea of “demeaning” is different. We are on a gossip site that has another post about “eminem is white now”. I mean come on. Lastly, I too believe that “real RATIONAL” grown people have there reasons for not caring for a particular person” but this is not a rational world nor are all people rational. I don’t attribute everything to “being a hater, jealous, insecure, etc”. Real RATIONAL people can say “I don’t like it, that’s not for me, or I don’t want to be apart of that” w/o demeaning or degrading the person who is. Unfortunately, that’s not how a lot of people are. People on here call her out her name and degrade her. They don’t know her and she has not directly done anything to them. Are they rational??

  • Holla

    @ Linda

P.S I enjoy conversations with ppl like you (and others on here today) who can disagree w/o the name calling and degrading. I can express myself w/o putting someone down and it’s good to see some others who can too. Seems like society didn’t get to us.

  • hellonursenancy

Stunning. I love the jacket she’s wearing in the streets of Paris, and the boots she’s rocking in the magazine shoot.

  • hellonursenancy

ACTUALLY, STOCKINGS WITH SANDALS USED TO BE A FASHION FAUX PAS, BUT EVER SINCE OPAQUE PANTYHOSE CAME BACK IN STYLE, WEARING THEM WITH SANDALS, IS PRETTY FREAKIN’ HOT. Expand your minds, dang. You only rock what the media tells you to rocks, because you’re all sheep. Take a chance and develop your own personal style. Let it rock.
