Taraji Henson attended a “School Fashion Battle” for teens in DC dressed in a victorian style get-up. We have definitely seen worse ensembles, but for some reason this one doesn’t do it for us.
Looks like that ANTM chick Jasleen hit up a Popeyes while in DC. She’s looking healthier than usual.

I actually like that outfit..she dares to be different and I would rock that look at work ANYDAY! I like the layered look and the white “puffy” shirt underneath gives it flair to an otherwise common outfit…that makes it office chic (besides, we all know you need another layer when you work in the corporate world…certain folk like to freeze the heck out of us, they are NEVER COLD! lol) I’m sitting at my desk right now in a turtleneck, a thick sweater over it AND a hand crocheted poncho on top and at times there’s still a chilly breeze blowing from the vents that gives me shivers. SMH…these people kill me! Ohio’s been in a deep freeze and these folks STILL won’t turn up the heat and funny thing is, I work at a utility company at their regional headquarters! Cheap azzes…

Ah…..my girl has that top…it’s from Bebe. You know, if she had worked it out properly it could’ve been a very cute outfit. Grey widelegged pants sans the thick waist belt with some stilletos would have set it off properly.

Lol, I work @ the electric company and they just told us recently that we CAN’T have personal heaters anymore…BUT they won’t turn down the air. Why is air on in January in OHIO? They say we can’t have the heaters because people forget to turn them off and it’s a fire hazard. If you ask me, I just think they’re cheap, lol. My next step is “fingerless” gloves just to keep my hands flexible and warm so I can key my spreadsheets and system contact notes(and of course type on bossip, lol) <—– *that’s my way of “sticking it to the man”* Tee hee…totally off subject from the outfit Taraji’s wearing but still when you work in a office full of men who wear suits and are never cold and the other half are middle aged women going through menopause and are always “flashin” it’s impossible to be comfortable!

I’ve decided that we’re giving bossip too much attention by paying attention to who’s getting banned. They are getting out of control and are doing nothing but laugh at us as we whine and cry about our loved ones (bones and paigey – may he find his way back peacefully), or when O’dot got banned, or when MJBC got banned, or when I got banned. But the lacefront gay mafia that is bossip aint doing nothing but laughing at us, thinking that we should get lives because they have “degrees” and such. Still happy because we still come just to say that we are boycotting, all the while adding to their daily number count. So the only way to beat them is to either really move on, like I have, I just stop by every now and then, or just leave it all alone.

I am really diggin her outfit. She has def stepped up since the last few photos that I have seen her in. She coulda left the boots at home but I like the puffy Seinfield sleeves LOL!
She just needs to change that skirt out for a plain slim black one. She already has the puffy sleeves and the belt going on. the contrasting skirt WITH buttons PLUS the funky boots is too much going on. You gotta do one possibly two funky things with an outfit and leave it at that. Otherwise you start to look costumed.
