The rumors have been swirling about this possible Girlfriends movie, and we just heard from a source close to Mara Brock Akil, that she is not working on a script for the film as of now, and there is no set production in place…yet. However, our source did not discount the option of a film in the future. There was a heated debate going on over in the CW blogs, and we want to know what Bossip folk think.

Should Girlfriends be turned into a movie? Good or bad idea?
