Trial’s are expensive, at least Mark Garrigos is, but if he pleads to a misdemeanor of say disturbing the peace, I’d think he’d take it; also, if he can get a better deal why not take it, I mean, after the leaked pictures, do you think he can get a fair trial? But accepting a plea to 2 felonies is jail time – period!!! Rhianna wanted him to plead guilty to the felonies – IS SHE NUTS???

This incident is way out of character for Chris, nothing like this has ever happened to him. She did admit, in follow up police reports that there was “escalating violence”; but said was her hitting him 2x, once in Barbados and once in Europe to which he restrained her, like pushing up against the wall and telling her to chill – those are her own words (though I’m paraphrasing).

The leaked picture of Feb 5th is a gamebreaker, I ask you in all good conscience, do you think Chris can get a fair trial after those pictures were leaked?

What if you find out that Rhianna went upside his head, and he pushed her of of him and in doing so, she got one of the bruses on her face. What if you then find out that he pulled the car over and asked her to get out, and even opened up HER door and was trying to push her out?
What if you then find out that she then hit him and he then retaliated? What if you then found “it” was a hit for hit fight?

If it is found out that it was, in fact, the LAPD who leaked those pictures and any of the investigators were involved, like they got any money from the sale of ‘em to TMZ, that’s a serious situation then, that means that this investigation has been compromised, grounds for dismissal!

I think Chris went up and beyond to get out of this situation, if she didn’t hit him, we’d not be having this conversation neither.

No, it’s not that we’d want it to be dropped ’cause of the pictures. Its because of the pictures that he can’t get a fair trial. But if this gets disposed of, like in a lesser plea deal, and if the records aren’t sealed, THEN you’ll see his mug shots or any pictures of any injuries he got, no?

You’d also get to see his police report statement and any more additional statements that she made to the police/investigators. But a trial is best, I mean, EVERYTHING will be on the table, like her character: has any witnesses ever seen her hit chris, or threaten him?

What sort of dispostition does she have, is she *****e to violent outbursts? Remeber, Chris does’t have to say a word, its Rhianna’s character that’ll be questioned.
And there’s the 3rd witness: The Lambo!

Could she have gotten out of the car with her seatbelt on with the car door open? Who opened up the car door? Did Chris undo her seatbelt and opened up the car door and ask her to leave? Does the p*****enger seat belt have his finger prints on it, cause if it does, then he did infact try everything under the sun to get her out of the car!!

If it can be proved that he did undo her seatbelt, then she lied that her seatbelt was on, which is what she said in her first affitdavit to the cops.

The only reason Chris would want to not have it go to trial, besides the chance that he might loose, is that his releationship with Tina Davis will come out, not only that, but the text message too. Both Chris and Rhianna have admitted to coming from “troubled homes” so no fodder there.

I look at it like this, They initailly booked him with suspicion of making criminal threats. They already saw Rihanna’s face at that point. In any *****ault case they usually charge you with it right away. They had to gather so much eveidence and then go back and get phone records which makes no sense. The media g*****ed this up and ran with it so they had no choice but to go hard on Chris with charges that won’t stick anyway. They are just trying to scare Chris into taking a plea deal by making the public turn against him. They honestly can’t prove he did anything without Rihanna testifying in court.

They want to sttick him with one of these felonies but *****ault with the intent to cause bodily harm means that he didn’t hit her but they think he was trying to.

Thats it I’m so sure Chris never even hit her like that. Its right there in the charges, Rihanna was beating his ***** and he was pushing her off him. He probably said he was going to kill her but who doesn’t say that when they are in a fight.

Yes, Chris can get a fair trail if he did nothing wrong. Chris is not a poor black man, he has good lawyers and if he didn’t do anything wrong they will help him prove it.

Rihanna is a thin woman and it wouldn’t take alot to restrain her. A woman the size of her friend Melissa can restrain Rihanna without using excessive force. I do not consider punching, kicking, biting, slapping etc restraining someone.

Ask yourself this: Why did Chris Brown leave the scene before the police came? Why he himself didn’t just go to the police and tell them what happened?

I believe an honest person will let this go to trial. Only guilty people find reasons to get a case dismissed.

The neighbors had heard the screaming and it was alleged that Chris ran for his life. Only guilty people leave the scene. If Chris wasn’t guilty, he would have hung around.

When Chris called Melissa, she said in the affidavit that he didn’t asked about Rihanna. Typical behavior of a controlling abuser.

Every case is different and should be treated on an individual basis.

I don’t think Chris wants this case to go to trial so I think his lawyers will be digging for more dirt to get this case dismissed.

Chris doesn’t need airplay right now he has no new music. Rihanna needs to keep that airplay and hope people stay interested in her *****.
Ciara is a major flop and her CD would have sold less than it did if Chris brown fans didn’t buy it to support Chris through that song. Hell most people just bought that song on Itunes and Ciara was mad as hell it was the most popular song on there.

I find it odd how so many people expected Chris to take the higher ground that night when he has every reason not to. Hes younger than rihanna, hes less mature, and she is supposed to keep her head in these types of situations.

Oh well I know damn well Rihanna is still in love with Chris. She treated him like ***** and it seems like he was okay with that because he stayed with her that long. I won’t judge any of them because I don’t know either of them but if Chris took her home to his family and vice versa thats something serious and out of character for people their age.

I don’t think CB was jealous . . . I mean come on. That’s just like saying Jay is Jealous of Beyonce or vice versa. I could see if Chris was Eric benet or kevin federline. People were always ranting and raving about CB’s talent. Chris came out on top with “Run It”. (He can sing, dance, act, and write music.)
