Look there is a reality that white people become addicted to meth at much higher rates than black people do and that the rates of recreational cocaine use versus abuse are vastly different in the black community and the white community. Personally I think we will find out that black people have a greater sensitivity to cocaine like most east asians have a sensitivity to alcohol.
