I mentioned Lani Guinier a while back. When you bring her up, you get accused of promoting a conspiracy theory. Thank you for posting Lani Guinier because she is not a conspiracy theory, she is real black woman and distinguished Judicial voice who suffered terribly at the hands of the Clintons.
