Toni was on some radio talk show yesterday and she had ppl get on line and vote between 3 different dresses she was going to wear to the event Not her fault the fans voted for that one. Or maybe they voted on the ugly one to make her look like a fool. lol

Toni Braxton is wearing this “RED DRESS” for the American Heart Association. She is one of their spokesperson. They had a “VOTE FOR THE RED DRESS CONTEST” to raise money for this charity. You had to go on-line and click the “RED DRESS” you wanted her to wear to this event….Evidently, this was the winner. THUMBS UP TO TONI B FOR ROCKIN’ THE M’mm M’mm good dress

i know that she did this for a good cause and thats always a good thing but i cant help but think

She wore that dress on the View this morning too. When she explained it, it made sense to me. She has been diagnosed with Heart Disease (not Breast Cancer, she just had a breast cancer scare, she explained that on the View too, however she also was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure too), so she was drinking the Campbell Soup juices and the tomato juices that are low in sodium help her with both of her diagnoses, especially heart disease, and she recently became a spokes person for the American Heart Association, which gets a healthy amount of money from Campbell soup products.

My guess (hope) is was paid to wear this.

@ BABY PLEASE…yes Campbell’s and most other soups (canned or otherwise and that included Cup o’ Soup and Ramen Noodles) are very high in sodium…even the “Health Conscious” ones are….so that is ironic right there!

I think it could be cute as a casual dress without the rasta bullseye and a differant fabric on top. It’s loud but I don’t think its horrible looking. I’d wear to the club or something.

This outfit fits the occassion. Hence, the sponsorship (Campbell’s) located on the banner in the background. Yes, at first glance you’d think this outfit is horrendous, but as you can see she’s recognizing a special event with a little flare. There’s nothing wrong with that, I’m sure if she truly wanted she could have worn some bland, high-priced dress, like you’d expect, but she’s doing her.

Designer Lisa Perry created THREE red dress designs for Toni (who is a heart disease survivor), inspired by Campbell’s Soup. Braxton revealed the online voters’ favorite at the Woman’s Day Red Dress Awards this past Thursday. Campbell’s is donating $1 to the American Heart Association for each vote that was cast. And NOW they’re donating an additional buck (up to $75,000) for every click on the winning design, from now until mid-April.

Toni Braxton is far from the point of needing attention. She does shows in Vegas now…So she is not hurting for attention!!
