Ummmm K-mia…shoulder pads came out in the 80′s-90′s it is old school. All of the old school styles are making their way back again. I wonder when some real designers will come up with something new. Same old clothes, higher price tags. I am sure that is what the person was talking about. Bey looks cute though! Jay well that’s just Jay’s look most of the time…
