Now we’ll finally hear from Rhianna herself! Like I’ve been saying all along now, the warrant are NOT HER words, but they’re the observation(s) of a LAPD officer. He might get some ideas, ideas from her “officail statement,” but the exaggeration and hyperbole is surely his.

Searh warrants are meant, by design, to excite, if not enrage anyone who reads it. This is why they’ve got to outrage and convince a judge that “A” warrant is needed, because of the horriffic event(s) that transpired! So in short, don’t take what was “said” in the warrant, as “gosple” ’cause it aint!

Come June 22nd, Rhianna will be on the stand, yes, I know it’s a preliminary hearing, but it lays the foundation as to what comes next! I’m sure Garrigos will be able to compare her hospital/”officai LAPD” pictures to the leaked picture that TMZ brought on Feb 19th, or there bouts.

We’ll also have to hear what really happened during the “altercation/struggle” for HIS cell phone!! The warrant didn’t at any time said that she hit him initially, but WE all know better, don’t we? We can only wonder why the person writing up the warrant failed to mention this fact! I’m sure she said it in her “offical statement to the cops!” This is why I say that the warrant is akin to “pouring gasoline onto a match,” what you will certainly have is a fire, if not explosion.

What I find critical is the fact that the warrant said that she couldn’t get out of the car when he pulled over and tried to get her out, she said that she had on her seatbelt which is why getting out was impossible. Well, we’ll see if Chris is there too and if he will say that he unbucked her seat belt. This is important as it’ll show the lengths that he went throught to get her out and settling ‘this’ in a reasonable manner!! Also, if she had the presence of mind to take the keys out of the ignition, why not just undo the seatbelt and GET OUT!!

I can go on and on, but the plot thickens; June 22nd, the day of reckoing approaches!

Chris Brown and Rihanna were some of my favorite singers, but now I am starting to question whether we should make these choices based on talent or the artists integrity.

After finding out that this case is going to trial, all I can think of is how embarrassing this is going to be for both parties. I mean we have already heard her side of the story; how she was repeatedly beaten. This is a sad story to hear, a real bad story, especially from one sista to another.

But when she takes the stand and the oath…her integrity will most likely be questioned. The dialogue will go something like:

Did you hit him first – Yes
Did he ask you to stop – Yes
Did he try to stop you from hitting him without violence – Yes
Did you continue – yes
Did he ask you to get out of the car – Yes
Did he try to leave his own vehicle, so he would not hit you -Yes
Did you pursue him – yes
Was the argument over another woman or young stupid girl also – Yes
Did you try to wreck the car while hitting him – yes
Did you take the keys from the ignition and throw them – yes
When he was trying to get away, you continued to fight him, thinking that he was going over the other girls house – yes
After you hit him with the heel of your shoe, he just could not take it anymore so he bopped you one good time, after he bit you as you were holding on to his (johnsons) and would not let them go – yes..

JUDGE = CASE DISMISSED!

What confuses me is the fact that the judge denied the motion that’d force the LAPD Internal Investigaton to turn over their findings; but Mr. Garrigos has caselaw on his side. Caselaw that says that a case can be dismissed due to jury pool contamination. But I guess the judge is saying that, that has to be taken up during appeal, if it goes that way.

What I don’t really know is that if Rhianna wants to get to the bottom of who leaked/sold that picture, all she wahs to do is to sue the LAPD! If she, even now announces that she wants to sue the LAPD for the picture leak, she’d pretty much “gets out” of testifing against Chris and can see ’bout getting her money from the LAPD, it’d be a “win-win” situation for her! But alas she doesn’t want to or isn’t suing, why?
The only reason I can think of is the fact that she was the one who leaked/sold that picture to TMZ!!!

I def. don’t condone men hitting/beating on women and Domestic Violence is a REAL issue (my sister exp. it) but I never felt that was the case here. You had real DV victims on Tom Joyner (who has thrown CB under the bus every chance he has gotten) they said based on that pic it looked like CB was defending himself (yes he may have gone overboard and that is WRONG) but some act like he has just been beating her azz day in and out for the heck of it and I dont think thats a case. Men who beat on women just for breathing, looking the wrong way, saying the wrong thing etc that is a WOMAN beater this IMO was mutal combat that went to far. Your assumption ’bout Chris’ lawyer wanting to press charges is wrong. Yes, that would have been the sensible YT thing to do; but Chris wasn’t thinking that way, he didn’t want to get anyone else involved as witnessed by the trip to puffy’s house to make things seem “happy.”

If you read the cell phone warrant as that is the ONLY one out and available to the public, it said that he placed her in a headlock, I can only presume that he did this to subdue her, and it did say that she tried to “gouge out his eyes,” so I’m sure there are injuries on his person also.

The extent of his injuries we’ll have to wait till the trial, or at leat pictures of his injuries. If I know Garrigos, he’d have had a doctor look at Chris as that’d be someone he could call to take the stand and verify that the injuries were defensive in nature!

Chole, you omit or choose to disregard HER history, the hitting in Europe and in Barbados, her going upside her brothers head with a bottle that left him permanently scarred. All of these, I’m sure will come out in trial and will show that she is given to fits of rage and violence!

I find it hard to believe that Chris just hit her for not getting out of his car, that’d be just out of character.

Like I said, if the evidence was so compelling, then Chris would have coped to the 2 felonies.

@Chloe I am a RihRih stan(she KILLS the fashion game) and do not talk bad about her. She had naysayers BEFORE this entire incident so surely she was bound to attract more. I will say I do not look at her as the “victim” per say either and even her former manager or the man that discovered her said the same in his interview. I think her and Chris BOTH played an equal part into whatever happened that night in the car so I dont blame her or him they both are at fault in my opinion. I dont think she ever liked the victim label either and that is why white folks got mad at her in the beg.

From the get go, there was something fishy ’bout all of “this.” Finally, the truth will come out, at leat, he hope it’ll come out.

We know that Rhianna gave a statement to the cops, but we don’t know if Chris did, I’m sure he didn’t as he went with his lawyer to surrender himself. But the thing that eveyone isn’t getting, is this: if everything Rhianna said in her statement was in the cell phone record, then it’d be a rap, case closed.

But Chris is fighting this, and I’m sure Garrigos willl show every single, no matter the slightest, difference between what’s in her statement to what’s in the cell phone warrant.

Now, as far as her lying and purjering self, and it being grounds for deportation: I’ll have to check, but only if the time for said charge is equal to time she’d get for a federal mesdeamnor and it is a crime of moral terpritude can she be deported.

The leaked picture, the warrant for the cell phone records all are very “bad” and condeming, at first glance. But once you really start to get into the fine detail, you come to see different.

Rhianna is the one with the history of violence, so if we had to guess just who started this fight, it’d have to be her!! Now you have to ask yourself, how did Chris react?

The warrant said that there was an argument and then altercation over the cell phone: text messages coming from someone that Chris previously had a sexual releationship with. If you were to follow the warrant’s telling of what happened, they “struggled for his cell phone.”

He then pulled over onto a “quiet side street.” He then OPENED UP HER DOOR AND TRIED TO PUSH HER OUT OF THE CAR! But she couldn’t get out due to her wearing her seatbelt. Those are the words of the warrant, or the officer/ADA writing up the warrant.
But what the warrant didn’t say, so conveniently, is that he asked her to get out of HIS CAR!! Don’t you think that he asked her to get out? Why didn’t she just get out? She should have just gotten out, let him calm down and then tried to talk to him! Why, if she had the presence of mind to take the keys out, didn’t she just undo her seatbelt and get out – get away from someone who just punched you in the face,arms, and legs?

It was then that the warrant says that he hit her! I mean, that sounds so outragious; him just hitting her for not getting out of his car – just like that!!

The witness, the Rabbi, didn’t see Chris hitting her, but he did say he saw/heard her screaming and Chris calmly talking to her, he said Chris was very calm! Does this sound like someone who just wailed up on her, like him calmly talking to her?

But alas, the truth will finally come out – June 22nd!

I am not relying on the media. The LAPD made a compelling statement and the photos were leaked as proof.

And for the buffoon TEAMCHRIS who said Rhianna leaked the photos, you know nothing about the justice system. The victim is never given photos of themselves and their injuries that are in police custody. They will never issue it to her at a later time and she will never have access to them. Someone in the LAPD got heavily compensated for their unconscionable act.

Let me ask everyone this, there is an ongoing LAPD investigation as to who(m) leaked that picture, if it wasn’t the LAPD who sold the picture to TMZ, then will those pictures still “hold water?”

We’ll have to see if those pictures are the same as the ones that were taken by the LAPD, as the leaked picture isn’t at all digital quality as they should be.

@Chole, are you nuts, that “leaked” photo wasn’t taken with a digital camera, it was taken by a camera phone, at best! Police detectives are issued high resolution/digital camera’s – not that grainy crap!!

And Rhianna could have just taken a picture and sold it to TMZ, it didn’t have to be “A” LAPD picture – DUH!!

Before I will continue I will say she shouldnt have had any marks/brusies on her but umm all I saw was a busted lip and two knots on her forehead which I think (as I was NOT in the car) came from him pushing her off him and her head hitting the window/dashboard. Rhianna didn’t have to file charges. Someone heard her screams and called police. Even if she refused to press charges the state would of picked it up. She was given an order of protection that has limited contact. It is the order where he does not have to stay away, but he has to refrain from harassing, threateining and menacing her.

Yes I know a witness heard her screaming/yelling but it wasnt for help like the LAPD tried to say it was the eyewitness came back and clarified that. They were aruging in the street. Just like we never knew she slapped him in Europe we would have never known about this had somebody else not called 911.
