Janet and Jermaine Will Never Get Married

“After two divorces, I thought I was jinxed: ‘Maybe marriage isn’t for me? Maybe it’s my fault it never works.’ “I was always faithful. I always tried to give of myself. I was very loyal. But maybe I’m the problem. I’m to blame. It was awful, and I was so tired of being hurt.”
Damn, she’s still crying about that sh*t. Hopefully Jermaine is helping boost up that non-existent self-confidence of hers and give up hope of possibly seeing some baby midget swag in their offspring.

Neither one of them is going anywhere. Marriage certificate or no. She is happy that she doesn’t have to share the mirror with him (unlike her past relationships). He knows that he can never do better than her. They should be completely blissfull for years to come.

This is not about low self-esteem. After being married twice who wants to do that ***** again? I was married twice and have been with my current man for 5 years now. Dammit Janet is 41 years old not some dreamy teenager wishing for a cinderella happily ever after. Some people don’t want the aggravation or commitment it takes to raise children. Not a damn thing wrong with that. She is living her life and from what I have observed over the years she had a pretty damn good one if you ask me.
How could she think she was to blame. The 1st husband was a drug addict, the 2nd was a philanderer. Eff blaming yourself…you just chose two losers, that’s all…*shrugging*

I don’t know and have know idea what happened in her two previous marriages but I’m happy to see that she’s starting to do some serious thinking and self-reflection… Which is something a lot of people (*women in particular, especially the fine ones in my opinion) don’t do after things work out…

It is okay to have a “partner” when two people have their own money..but what happens to regular people who stay with someone and as soon as “hard times” come about it is so easy for one person to say “I’m out” so think about whether you want to be “partners” with someone..at least if you get married if “hard times” come and a person decides to “bounce” then they got to leave you half!!!!

I am not surprised that Janet is still whinning about her problems. I stop being a fan when she released Velvet Rope in “98″. Instead of being on an album release tour, she was on a depression tour. I could not turn on Entertainment Tonight or any entertainment program without seeing Janet whinning over her life.
