Nearly every woman I’ve met, even skinny white ones, have some cellulite and stretch marks. Some just have it worse than others. Plus, it’s better to maintain a steady weight than to fluctuate up and down, which worsens both. FYI, muscle helps to smooth the appearance of cellulite, so those who want to get right need to get off the stairmaster and hit the weight room.

I don’t care how much you work out, somethings you just can’t get away from. When Tyra was still doing runway, she use to talk about how she would hide the dimples in her azz. My mother is 98lbs, 5’2, a Boston marathon runner and 50 years old and SHE has cellulite! Every person man or woman has cellulite or stretch marks. There is no way around it.

If you look it up, cellulite occurs in nearly ALL females once they hit puberty, and has NOTHING to do with if you are or are not overweight. Normal and underweight females like Kelly also have cellulite.
