for those who think that Rihannas violent history will be exposed during this trial it most likely will not happen. Her history is not on trial Chris Brown beating her down is what is on trial, therefore her history is not relevant unless it is directly related to the case at hand. All the money she is paying her legal team I highly doubt that they will let her history be put on blast in this case. Only way her history of violence will be put into this case will be if chris browns attorneys find some way to relate her history directly to the actions of chris brown on that night. Chris Brown is pretty much screwed unless they find a loophole in the law.

Her history will be objected to very quickly and the basis will be improper charecter evidence….. like i said before her charecter (or history) is not on trial. Er… if someone has violent tendencies and she admitted to as much, how is this NOT relevant? Not mentioned, just sit down, you dunce!

If what Rhianna said in her official statement WAS as said in the now famious Cell Phone Warrant, then I’m sure CB wouldn’t be taking this to trial, especially after the picture got leaked and with eveyone thinking that the warrant is her accounting of what happened.

But let me just make it clear; what is known came from a SEARCH warrant to get the cell phone records/accounts. It was signed NOT by Rhianna but by a judge! It was written by a police officer or a ADA. Application for warrants, in this case search warrants are written, as I’ve said, with the intenet to “start fires.” They are written to illicit a emotional response from any and everyone who reads it, K? SO GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT!!

Eonline has certain leaked excepts from her offical statement to the cops:
1.) She admitted to hitting him, once in Barbados and once in Europe. His “response” was to push her off of him.
2.) She had publicly said, on camera and in print, that she has hit her own brother upside the head with a bottle.

Are we NOT to believe that someone who has demonstrated such behavior in the past can, in a fit of anger and rage slap, punch, and use the spike of her high heel shoe to attack Mr. Brown? 2.) Gouge marks on the area of his eyes, as she did try to gouge out his eyes.

3.) Punch bruses as she did hit him several times, when he was driving.

4.) Emotional distress, as surly such a brutal attack most certainly left him with emotional scars. Who knows if that poor boy can even love again after such emotional abuse!

Not only that, but IF it does come back that one of the investigators in the LAPD who is intimately involved in the case got money from TMZ, wow!! Case dismissed with the greatest of dispatch!!!

If he wants to save or revamp his career, then he has to humble himself, apologize, and make some amends, whether it’s a short stint in jail, community service, anything.

Regardless of if he is innocent or not, CB’s image is what suffered, the perception that he is a monster. If he wants to change that, then he has to bite the bullet and make amends.

Look, I am a CB fan and I think it would be a shame that music world would lose a talent like Chris Brown and we are left here with Rhianna.

I was playing Devil’s Advocate. The truth of the matter is this: CB lost fans or at least admirers and his image was and is tarnished. He also lot some respect in the music industry with some of his peers and he also might have lost some POTENTIAL fans. It’s just like if Joe Jonas was convicted of rape, that would no doubt tarnish his image and quite possible the image of his brothers as well, regardless how many fans they have.

Sometimes you have to do stuff that you would not normally do. Like CB has to play it smart and be humble. If doesn’t matter if he’s guilty or not, if the PUBLIC believes he is sorry and remorseful, then they will buy it. Period! So if CB wants to save his career, then he needs to do some more damage control and make yes, ANOTHER apology that the PUBLIC will buy into.

It’s not that hard to comprehend. It’s like Miley Cyrus song says about saying sorry, “if you say it, i’ll believe it, if you text it, i’ll delete it”.

Same thing applies here. CB says an apology that the public will believe, then he can get back on top.

I don’t believe that she is completely innocent on that night or in the past, however, I don’t believe that CB did nothing at all in that car. No matter what my *****! I am probably one of the biggest Chris Brown fans on here. Loves his music, his dance moves, and was completely proud of him and want him to succeed and move on in his career.

That doesn’t mean that the rest of the public does. Who gives a rat’s ***** what TMZ. com and Perez Hilton says. I work in radio, a CBS Radio station, and if Program Directors don’t play his music because “fans” or listeners call in and protest, that will affect him. Same with videos, if these channels don’t play him, that will affect him. If he is on a concert bill and he doesn’t sell out, Live Nation or Jam Productions can cancel that concert, that will affect him.

I don’t know where you get off thinking you are the ultimate authority on Chris Brown. But I look at things from a pure society point of view. If he makes himself look guilty, then people will perceive him to be. If he makes himself look innocent and sorry, then people will perceive him to be.

I can’t wait for CB to come back strong, but if he did wrong then he needs to start taking serious responsibility for what he did. Simple as that. Just like if Rhianna has some more to do with it, then all that stuff about her needs to come out in the wash as well.

The man you love is cheating on you and has the audacity to be texting this girl with you sitting right next to him!! Do you swear you wouldn’t be mad?? Do you swear you would never fly into a rage and start screaming him? Can you PROMISE you might not grab the phone out of his hand? Can you promise that you would never slap this man in the back of the head in the heat of the moment? If the answer is yes for the majority of you, your friends and female relatives then you are all LYING and that is a damn shame. But, if in your private moments away from bossip you admit to yourself that you could find yourself in a similar situation and you STILL think what Chris did can be justified, then that means you would justify a well-built 6′3″ man punching, biting, slapping and choking your mom, your bff or you while you screamed for help and tried desperately to protect yourself. And if you think that jealous behavior and swatting at a man after finding out he has cheated warrants that type of reaction from the man you love than i truly feel sorry for you and I’m not even mad. I’m hurt. But I understand to a certain extent because low self-esteem is a secret epidemic among black women (even though we act like we think we’re the sh*t in public). I apologize for “airing the dirty linen”,but how are we supposed to help ourselves if we are too ashamed to discuss the dirty laundry amongst even ourselves???

Finally, I love black men to death and I’m always one for protecting the black man and helping and supporting him in anyway I can. But you know what I realized when my ex broke down my front door because he was mad at me?? And a year before that when he essentially kidnapped me (not in the romantic way at all) while I was on my way to the library to study and tried to force his way into my apartment?? I’m spending all this time trying to keep the situation hush, hush and protect him because we are both in college and I don’t want him to have anything on his record that would jeopardize his future. I’M trying to protect HIM but he doesn’t give a ***** about protecting me! and he didn’t give a ***** about protecting me when he left me alone in my apartment till 2am in the morning while I waited for my front door to be fixed and was exposed to dangers of the night cause there was no main entrance and I live on the ground floor. And yes, there were drunk and random people walking by, loitering and staring me straight in the face the entire night. I couldn’t do anything to protect myself for 6hours. In the end i didnt press charges but I cut off all contact with him and ill never speak to him again. And if it ever happens again i will press charges, cuz u never know when someone’s violent temper will escalate to cbreezy status and if he knows i wont call the police cuz im trying to protect the black man he’ll think he can get away with anything. I’m done.

I want to say Ri know deep inside what this mess is all about. According to sources the last time they were going to be seen together was at the Grammys. she knew Chris had a temper and I wish he didnt respond the way he did. This reminds meof the “This line between Love and Hate” with Marti and Lynn where he was leaving her and she beat herself up to have him arrested.
