I clearly do understand cross examination and the only thing that they will be able to do IF this goes to trial will be to ask her what happened that led to the events. Her history will be objected to very quickly and the basis will be improper charecter evidence….. like i said before her charecter (or history) is not on trial. That stuff you see on Law and Order isn’t 100% accurate, you cannot go asking about what she did in her past ant stuff. It is going to be objected to on one of three grounds
1. Improper charecter evidence
2. Speculation
