Kill-iLL-Lights, what are you talking about God’s son is an homage to Rakim who nas was heavily influenced by, who was also called Rakim the God, or Rakim Allah, or Ra (Egyptian God), Rakim having come from a 5 percenter background, and as we wlell know they believe the blackman to be God meataphorically)so by Nas calling himself God son its basically referring to what people have been saying since he came out, which is that he adopted Rakims style.

we are God’s Children, but when a m.f. talks about cars, women, oochie wally and all that bullshit, then calls himself “God’ Son” I find that ironic. If I ask “who is God’s Son”? smart peopel will say Jesus and idiot who are hypnotized by the music, lifestyle, moeny etc will say Nas. Simple as that. he’s a phony. many will come saying they are of God and few will be telling the truth. The devil is a liar.

The reason there is insufficient funds is cause Nas ain’t selling out the venues. Did his album even go gold? Nas took the deal cause there ain’t a lot of places calling him to perform.
