I’ve been using Mel B’s DVD workout since it came out. My abs are starting to look really good, confident enough for me to be out and about with my mid-riff showing. I get lots of compliments. it is funny, a person does not have to be on steriods to have ripped abs, having four to five hours a day and following a strict diet can give you a ripped body. If she was on steriods her legs would also be ripped, by the way the that is muscle on the side of her stomach. She had liposuction on her stomach and thighs after she had her baby Angel and before she went on “Dancing With the Stars.” I think it’s dishonest of her to sell a DVD and make people think if they do that workout they can look like her. She is too skinny and muscular and now her implants look too big. She looked much better before, when she was about 7 pounds heavier and less muscular.

Explain why your a hater if you disagree. About two postings ago I thought Mel B had the perfect body now she looks like a body builder and to me I find that very unattractive. Damn this is a blog site were you get to voice your opinion. Curves does not equate fat either lol not always.
