I’ve been using Mel B’s DVD workout since it came out. My abs are starting to look really good, confident enough for me to be out and about with my mid-riff showing. I get lots of compliments. Mel had 2 kids, and looks good. lmao@ at all the fat heifers in here who can’t even approach what Mel B has accomplished with a bit of effort. As usual, the black family got to put another member down, if they accomplish something. Hate much? Serena Williams got cheated by a spanish tennis player – all the play backs back up her and Serena claim’s are true, but yet people want to tear her down and say she is a drama queen.Lord, when will black folk ever unite? That’s why asian communities beat you all out…they know how to stick together, and not tear each other down.

it is funny, a person does not have to be on steriods to have ripped abs, having four to five hours a day and following a strict diet can give you a ripped body. If she was on steriods her legs would also be ripped, by the way the that is muscle on the side of her stomach. Jealousy and is an ugly thing and it seems that people of colour have an abdundance of it for themselves and others.

She had liposuction on her stomach and thighs after she had her baby Angel and before she went on “Dancing With the Stars.” I think it’s dishonest of her to sell a DVD and make people think if they do that workout they can look like her. She is too skinny and muscular and now her implants look too big. She looked much better before, when she was about 7 pounds heavier and less muscular.

Why does everybody insist she goes to a tanning salon? Helloooo, we don’t have to do that, especially in LA or a hot state. Just walking to the corner store I come back 2 shades darker in the summer.
