So true. There is a white American girl who is at my Uni here in the UK for one year on some year abroad transfer thing. She made a statement to a British Chinese girl I know who eventually told me. She said:
“In America, the way whites on their college campus know the difference between an African girl and an African American girl is in their taste in men.”
She said that most of the african girls in her school are Nigerian and they tend to be very picky with guys, compared to the af-american ones. I’ve still never understood this different attitude towards men.
African women(atleast the Nigerian ones) would, I admit, turn theor noses up in dusgust at the thought of dating some rapper/thug etc. like the poster that calls himself The Devils Advocate. We tend to prefer the types that work ‘proper’ jobs. That’s why u’ll see so many Nigerian chick in American Uni’s that refyse to date Af-american guys, ‘cuz the stereotype is that they are only good at playing ball/music. Nigerian females outperform other students academically. Nowadays, atleast in Britain, when charting performance in school across ethnic groups, ‘Nigerian’ is now seperated from black because the Naija students on average, are smarter. The ranking last year was:

2.Chinese students
3.Indian students

5.Other black african students
6.Black Carribean and Black British female students
7.White female students
8 & 9. Black Carribean/British male students and White male students were pretty much tied at the bottom.
So rather than the media saying that either the black western males had improves or the white males had dropped, they started blaming immigrants from africa and asia. An yes, on average, western black females perform better than white females both in America and UK.
