Bossip you guys are acting like that’s a bad thing! What is wrong with her wanting to lose some wait? Why, i guess because everyone finds it entertaining when she throws fat jokes and secretly makes fun of herself too. Well heart attacks, high cholesterol and high blood pressure are not very funny. Monique is beautiful, she knows that just like she also knew that this was something she wanted to do. That’s silly that anyone would second guess her craft as an entertainer, because she lost some damn weight. Now what if she gained an extra 40? People wouldnt say squat.

WOW she’s only 5′6 she seems taller on tv… I couldn’t imagine myself being that heavy at my height. But good for her if she did it for health reason & not for dude.

First off, Monique will NEVER be a skinny B! She makes her living off of her weight. Losing 40 pounds was for health reasons. I am happy she lost some weight. If she loses too much she will just be another Star Jones and we see what happened to her. Monique loves being a big girl.

Being huge is not HEALTHY!!! It has nothing to do with keeping a man. Like another poster said, you do not see people of old age who are also obese. Having too much weight will kill you. Additionally, I am sick and tired of folks talking about they’re just thick and curvy. Serena Williams is THICK. Her butt is bigger as are her thighs, but she does not have a great big gut! Please note: a big gut is not a CURVE…it’s FAT and it will kill you. Too many folks are falling back on the curvy, thick argument because they don’t want to put down the fork and get on the treadmill. We’re killing ourselves people, stop BSing and take care yourselves. This does not mean a size 2, but a size 20 is not healthy.
