My prayers go out to all the families of these people. This breaks my heart, I just got back from the Caribbean and we flew right past a storm. You could see the top of the anvil shaped cloud and the lightning surging through it and everything. Very scary stuff…

This is so tragic. Prayers to the families of all those on board, and to those they’ve left behind.

my prayers go out to the family…so sad to know that there were 8 children and 1 baby on board..to even phantom what they felt going down and knowing they were gonna crash in the ocean..is like the ultimate fear for me…not only if anyone was lucky to survive the impact..let alone floating in the ocean in shark infested waters with nothing to eat or drink…thats why i still have a fear of flying everytime i go on a business trip.

I hate flying and I don’t care what kind of safety measures are taken. I’ll never get used to it. My heart goes out to all of the passengers on that flight.

Oh no…see, I was hoping that the plane would reappear by some miraculous means. This is saddening and heartbreaking.

Did it explode in the air or what really happened? The article was not that clear. I am just really feeling for these families…there were so many people on that plane!!!!!!!

I heard on one site that the plane was possibly struck by lightening..

I have and never will get on a plane…sorry to say but I just won’t.

This is why I am scared of flying.

Stop the madness/godbless and i will never get on a plane for the 3rd time ive only been on 2 if you count me going and coming backk i dont do planes

So sad, may God be with them and their families during these most difficult times. Sad thing when your unable to put a loved one to rest in the right way, your just left with how they suffered a horrible death. And those children and infant, lord!

seem like plane crashes are becoming more frequent…still i never hesitate to fly..if its time its time..i still loe flying…it’s much quicker. also pretty cheap as well.

I was just on a plane from Toronto that same night and when I got home home my heart sank when I heard this. Just thinking of those poor people and how terrified they must have been, especially the children. This is my absolute worst nightmare and my heart really goes out to the families. So so sad.

very sad, they still say flying is safer than driving but I don’t know about that, I like to be in control

you must be careful when traveling…

these off brand planes don’t receive as

much maintenance as they should,even the big

name carriers are the same way. ( in an effort to

save money) they are sacrificing our safety…

After hearing the details of the flight,I can’t imagine the fear and terror those poor passengers and crew experienced flying through those storms. I was in a plane coming out of Florida that got caught in a hail storm and people were getting thrown against the ceiling, so I can’t even imagine how bad it was for those Air France passengers.
