Seriously. Isn’t this what most of these girls who appear on Flavor of Love and For the love of Ray J aspire to do anyway? Most of the chicks that got any kind of air time on the show – whether they won or not – went on to make booty calendars, x-rated home movies, or magazine spreads like this one.

Really, this isn’t “shocking” or “surprising” in the least bit that yet another one of these women is spreading their legs to further a career.

Update – Gabby Union v. Bossip

Things are about to get interesting in the blog world. After reports surfaced that actress Gabriele Union was threatening to take popular gossip site to court over what she calls a complete erroneous posting about an alleged affair with an athlete.

But it seems that Bossip aint budging, and so she’s taking em to court. Get the scoop below.

*AOL Black Voices blogger Jawn Murray says Gabrielle Union is planning to sue gossip Web site Bossip for printing an anonymous letter from a “nameless pro-athlete’s wife” alleging an affair.

Murray spoke to a friend of the actress who said, “I want your readers to know that it’s all completely false. Gabrielle will move forward with legal action against the writer and Bossip. All she asked for was a retraction and apology and to take it off their site, but they refused and now her goal is to make them pay! They straight up published a manifesto of a crazy person and they had to know it wasn’t true.”

The black blogosphere has been linking Union to various athletes and entertainers ever since her April 2006 divorce from NFL player Chris Howard. This latest Bossip story was apparently the last straw.

“If there was any truth to it, she would’ve just let it die,” her friend told Murray, before adding, “But she’s a black actress who really can’t afford to sue but intends to go broke fighting this if that’s what it takes.”
Though I understand Gabby’s frustration with the blog stories, taking the matter to court might be revealed to be a bad move. Especially if Bossip refuses to back down.

This is going to be groundbreaking. No matter what the outcome. This could change the way bloggers report their news.

I commented on that Gabrielle Union thread that what they were doing was defamation, and that anyone can write an anonymous letter and it does not make it a fact. I didn’t believe that story as truth. Gabby has every right to sue someone for making defamatory statements about her on a website. I can comment and make up lies about anyone. bossip shouldn’t post those qoutes as a reliable source and have people post under that. That is grounds for a lawsuit. That is not feedom of speech that is defamation of character.

This girl is really pretty and since she wore lingerie on every episode of that show, we know this aint all photoshop like some of your fav celebs. I guess I don’t get the backlash, she don’t have to cover up. Hell, ya’ll don’t ask Beyonce, Ciara or any of those chicks to cover their bodies while they’re “workin” and your kids look up to them!!
