Em needs to go back into hiding for a while. Seems like ever since he dropped his new album, all kinda crazy ish has been happening to him.
The rollercoaster week in the press continues for Eminem, but this time, the car seems to be on a slight downward spiral. The Detroit rapper, who claimed Billboard’s top spot with the release of his latest album, was robbed in his Los Angeles hotel room Sunday. Eminem has been having a rough week as his hotel room was burglarized during the MTV Movie Awards.
An estimated $60,000 worth of jewelry and a laptop were stolen from Eminem during the MTV Movie Awards.
He was not in the room during the robbery.
The bad news for Eminem doesn’t stop there, according to the New York Daily News.
Despite selling more than 600,000 copies of “Relapse,” Eminem reportedly received a lukewarm reception in L.A. following a joint appearance with Jay-Z for the launch of “DJ Hero,” a new video game.
“When Eminem rapped with Jay, the crowd loved it,” one attendee told the Daily News. “But when he continued on his own and did songs off his new album, the energy just died. People were pumped to see him, but he wasn’t interacting with his fans. His performance was mechanical, without a lot of personality, and people were pretty disappointed.”

Given the news that Eminem’s personal space was violated a day before, the alleged lackluster performance may be attributed to the robbery.
They straight ganked him for his jewels and technology and then he sucked balls at the “DJ Hero” concert. Em is off his game, hard.
