Rick Ross Says He Never Leaked His Baby Mama’s Sex Tape

50 Cent filed suit against Rick Ross back in May accusing the rapper of posting his baby mama’s sex tape online, and placing the blame solely on him for the leak.

50 claimed in legal docs that Ross or his people were the first to publish the tape online — and all he did was post a link to the tape. 50, aka Curtis Jackson, claimed Ross said on the radio he planned on posting the video, which he said proved he was behind the leak.

Jackson filed suit prior to a New York jury slapping him with a $5 million dollar judgment in the lawsuit filed by Ross’ baby mama Lastonia Leviston – who sued the G-Unit rapper for the leak claiming he published it to embarrass Ross and gain publicity for himself. 50 filed suit demanding that Ross be liable for any judgment Leviston was awarded in her lawsuit.

But Ross fired back at 50’s legal battle, claiming the rapper’s suit is nonsense. Ross says in court docs filed July 2 that he never stated he never once said he planned on leaking his baby mama’s sex tape online.

Ross denied 50 Cent’s allegations that he was the one who published the original video online. Ross explains that any damages that 50 Cent has endured are the result of the actions of others – and he is not responsible for at all.

Ross also states that any loss that the G-Unit rapper suffered was due to his own actions and he can’t hold him liable for that.

He is demanding 50’s entire lawsuit be thrown out and he not be held liable for any of the $5 million the jury awarded to his baby mama.
