The Kardashian Family Still Calls Caitlyn Jenner “Bruce”

It will take a bit more time for the Kardashians to get used to Caitlyn Jenner because Khloé Kardashian says she and her sisters still call Caitlyn by her former name.

“We, my sisters and I, we call Caitlyn ‘Bruce’ and we’ve been told that’s completely fine,” Khloé, 31, said on Australia’s “The Project,” referring to her sisters Kourtney and Kim.

“And she has told us, we are allowed to call her any name we want to,” Khloé added. “Because on the phone, when she calls me, it’s the same voice as Bruce. And if I’m not physically with her, it’s hard to remember in the moment that I’m talking to Caitlyn, if that makes sense.”

Khloé’s statements about Caitlyn’s voice mirror a clip from an upcoming episode of “I Am Cait,” in which the 65-year-old former Olympic athlete tries to put on her best “feminine voice” for Kim, 34.

This goes out to all the pronoun police: If Bruce can be patient with his family then you can be patient with the rest of the world.
