Rapper freed from Home confinement(AP)

Rapper C Murder has been on house arrest since March 2006 after posting a half of million bond. A judge has freed him from his home confinement. C Murder who has changed his name to C Miller after legal troubles was convicted in a fatal shooting of a 16 year old boy. He was sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole but the judge threw out the sentence after the prosecution failed to produce criminal backgrounds of state witnesses.

He is now allowed to move freely in Jefferson and Orleans parishes. He is banned from drinking alcohol and going to bars. Visitors to his home are also restricted. Well Mr. Miller keep your fingers crossed that you get out of this mess.
