Since our US Congress has never afforded poor prison inmates federal appeal legal counsel for their federal retrials,they have effectively closed the doors on these tens of thousands of innocent citizens ever being capable of possibly exonerating themselves to regain their freedom through being granted new retrials.

This same exact unjust situation was happening in our Southern States when poor and mostly uneducated Black Americans were being falsely imprisoned for endless decades without the needed educational skills to properly submit their own written federal trial appeals.

This devious and deceptive judicial process of making our poor and innocent prison inmates formulate and write their own federal appeal legal cases for possible retrials on their state criminal cases,is still in effect today even though everyone in our US judicial system knows that without proper legal representation, these tens of thousands of innocent prison inmates will be denied their rightful opportunities of ever being granted new trials from our federal appeal judges!!

Sadly, the true US *legal* Federal Appeal situation that occurs when any of our uneducated American prison inmates are forced to attempt to submit their own written Federal Appeals (from our prisons nationwide) without the assistance of proper legal counsel, is that they all are in reality being denied their legitimate rights for Habeas Corpus with our US FEDERAL COURTS and will win any future Supreme Court Case concerning this injustice!

As soon as Obama wins the nomination you will start seeing these attack ads everywhere. The Republicans are shacking in their boots right now at the thought of running against Hillary. This is just a sample of what they have in store for Obama, The Republicans don’t plan to let Obama win the White House. Once Hillary is out of the way they plan to lunch and extreme attack on Obama with negative ads such as the ones you see on this Web site. They do the have money to destroy him.

It makes no different what color your skin, how much money or education you have under your belt. The only power you have is that (1)one educated vote you cast at the poll on election day and your ability to get off your ass, and go out into the community and do something that will make a different. Unless you live in Florida like I do. A state where they don’t know how to count the votes and don’t know how to make the votes count!

Robert Johnson, Andrew Young, John Lewis, Sheila Jackson Lee, Magic Johnson, and Charles Rangel are just a hand full of people with a few more voices than you are I. The question is why and what did they do in life to earn this add power? They don’t support Obama because they have there own agenda. I personally don’t believe it has anything to do with the color of his skin or his gender. At least they have reached out in the communities and made a different. Who benefitted from that outreach depends on your point of view. I give them great respect for what they have accomplished in life but I give them no power over how I vote with my one educated vote.

I’m voting for Obama because he has convinced me that he is the best candidate that support my point of view. His views are inline with my own views and I respect his ability to communicate those views to me and with the masses. To vote for him because he is black is as dumb as voting for Hillary because she is a woman. If Obama is not the nominee then I will vote for Hillary because her views are inline with my views more so than McCain. I am sick and tired of the Bushes and Clintons but what other choice do I have if Obama is weaseled out by the powers to be. McCain will change has view to whatever it takes to get in the office and at that point there is no telling what he might do. Goggle “Keating Five” before placing your vote in John McCain hands.

Did anything said in my comments make a different in anybody’s life? There’s a very good chance it made none but at least I quoted two unfaithful Presidents.

I saw President Clinton take a huge deficit left over from George Herbert Bush and made it disappear. He left a large balance in the federal coffers that quickly disappeared after Bush took office. I can’t bear the thought of having four more years of Bush politics in America. Every four years I hear a multitude of promises from presidential candidates telling the American people what they are going to do for them. When they win and take office they find the problems at hand are not what they expected and they can’t fix them. When the President Clinton had the office before everything worked for the better. I am not willing to do another four year with a Republican president in office. Right now all Obama can give us is promises, I have lived through the polices of the Clintons for eight good years. To me everything thing else is only a crap-shoot. If Senator Obama gets the nomination for president I will fight to the death to get him in office. But until that time I am Hillary Clinton. It’s not just about race it’s about who can do the job the best according to reality.

I won’t even sit home – I’ll DELIBERATELY RALLY to get her DEFEATED.

The old guard are also very political in terms of favors owed, etc., so they are ready to do whatever “massa” asks. Their upbringing (brainwashing) tells them that whites must always be in charge. They are really trying to put the immoral impeached Bill back in office, because how could they possibly think that Hillary is better qualified to do what needs to be done than Senator Obama? Hillary was the president’s wife, not the president…As a lawyer, she doesn’t even have the experience to be nominated to the Supreme Court. If she says she has 35 years of experience long enough, I’m sure she thinks people will believe her. The recent firings in her campaign are just what you’d see in her administration…a revolving door of blame. She wouldn’t take responsibility for a mistake if it killed her.

And finally, Barack didn’t ask them what they thought…so yes, they are indignant and determined to put the Clintons back in the White House…And pick up their earmarked checks for doing so. They will cry the day Barack becomes president and they won’t be tears of joy…

Net net, the old heads need to step aside and let history take its course. I believe anything is possible in this country and so does Sen. Obama. He’s not running as the black candidate…he’s running as the change candidate who is highly intelligent and capable…with or without them.

If the voiceof the people is not heard and only the wants of the government is heard; then our government are a bunch of hypocrits when it comes to democracy. If it does not owrk in our own country how are we goingto help Iraq/Iran establish their own.

If the voice of the people are ignored we should protest. and overthrow the government.

It is a shame that these old civil rights leaders would hate on a new movement but want us to respect them for their efforts. They won’t even support one of their own for the cause of real change. It’s like they are jealous of a black person getting way further ahead than they did. Some black folks are so used to getting hand outs form white that it will not change for them. We need more of the mid to younger crowd to change what our some of the older people let slide.
