Sounds like the second kid was a “try to fix relationship kid”. Mind you the child was conceived about three months after the first. Trouble in the relationship existed VERY early. The plastic surgury was to try to make this work with a new and improved body. This is truly karma for all the bad she has place on this world. Take this as a learning lesson. First of all this is not a shocker or even real. He did so well with ConfessionsII due to the Chili situation and since the last album flopped only confirmed that this was a plot. I remember reading right when they first went public with their relationship that the plan was to marry Tameka and then divorce, come out with a new album which will “detail” the “situations” he went through while married to an older woman. Similar to the whole Chili performance/relationship so the whole marriage was staged from the jump. Dont beleive me? Just wait for the album. Tameka new from the jump also and after 2 more children TRUST she will be well taken care of for her parti*****tion. Get yo money girl!!

I’m not a big Usher fan, but I was disappointed when her married Tameka. She was already used up with a bunch of kids. It would’ve been different if he married a young, fresh girl. Tameka tarnished his image (that of a sex symbol). He fought for her. Even fired his mama…who was his manager from back in Star Search days….when his head was shaped like a cone.

I heard something about him being gay. If this is remotely true, then it is a win win for both Tameka and Usher.

He gets two beautiful kiddos. Confirmation that he can shoot milkshake in a chick. And since he’s known to actually spend time with his boys, he’ll get much props once all of this is over. so he gets to reinvent himself and have great material for a new album.

Tameka? She gets to rack up some more child support checks. What? you don’t think she does this for s living??? She probably will get a book deal out of all of this (depending on what hush do*****ents Usher had her sign). And she got to live in the lap of luxury during the relationship. Divorce is not something to rejoice about. I wonder how many of you know these people to make *****umptions about their marriage and why it failed. Tameka has been pitted as the villain, but it takes two to tango.

Usher is a grown man who does not need his mother to choose his girlfriends or his wife. If he makes a mistake it is his right to do so. A grown man should never cling to his mother and allow her to control or sway his decision making.

It’s such a shame. People in this modern day and age don’t realize that a marriage is actually meant to be for LIFE. Not for some-odd years and a few days. That is the whole purpose of reciting your vows before God and your family. Marriage is a life-long commitment!

However, I feel that if a married couple is experiencing problems, they should WORK IT OUT first and not just dipset. Marriage takes a lot of time and effort to make it last. If that attempt fails, then I understand filing for divorce.

The fact that his mother disliked her was not enough of a basis on which to make the decision to marry the girl. Some mothers are just downright mean and nasty to anyone their sons are interested in because they don’t believe anyone is good enough for their sons. Furthermore I think that who the young man decides to be with is his choice ultimately, of course he would take into consideration his parents’ advice. Some mothers are just hateful and spiteful no matter if the woman is good or not.

It is always a *****ed up affair when people get divorced especially having children involved.

But he should have never gotten married to her aged ***** with all her children to begin with.

It is quite obvious that she was trying to get a piece of the man’s change. Even his mother saw this coming that she and Usher had a falling out, over his naive dumb ***** getting involved with this avid gold digger.

So probably it is for the best that they part ways. In the future he needs to remember that mother knows best.

Of course it does, but it is what it is. I think for me (and maybe a lot of other people) this one comes as no surprise. I’m always hurting for the kids, being a mother myself, but you can’t put it all on Usher. Tamkea is just as guilty for what they kids may or may not see online. Atlanta-based pop start Usher and his wife, Tameka Foster, have not filed for divorce.

The celebrity magazine In Touch, quoting anonymous sources, announced that Usher and his wife had filed divorce papers in Fulton Superior Court Thursday morning, prompting a flood of media inquiries to the clerk’s office.

The magazine distributed a news release Thursday promoting an article in its next issue. The release said the couple has had marital problems for almost a year and “the divorce papers were filed in Atlanta this morning.”

If they are divorcing this is really terrible.

Marriage is just not valued at all anymore. How can they divorce with TWO small children and less than two years of marriage?

Tameka should have never left her first marriage. She owed it to that man to make it work and she BAILED for the ching ching. Now she will have TWO sets of children with part-time daddies.

I hope the hair dos and nail salon trips and fancy cars are worth it.

Sad thing is she is now OFFICIALLY done in the dating department. TWO ex husbands and 5 children = hit and quit it from here on out!

@ Caramel – It’s funny when people try to bring skin tone into the discussion. It has nothing to do with being light skinned or dark skinned. Chili wasn’t all that light skinned either and yet, you didn’t see such a backlash when those two were together! And she was also older than Usher too so stop it with the nonsense skin tone discussion.

Just face facts, people just don’t like Tameka for WHATEVER reason!

That said, I hope this wasn’t some sort of arranged marriage for publicity or a cover-up. These two need to work on their issues and take care of their family!

People don’t wanna lose their jobs, they have to play their role. The truth is very slowly coming out, just wait and see. And FYI, Meek-Meek has 30 days to receive the papers,, And when she does, she’ll make sure no one hears about it. Hell she barely hears from Usher. I may have spoke too much so I’m going to be quiet before I incriminate myself.

Tameka tried to surprise her man by going to Brazil to have a surgery that Usher knew nothing about. The only surprise usher received was a call from Brazill saying that his wife was in cardiac arrest in Brazil during a surgery.

Now that is some creepy stuff, because who their right mind gets on a plane. Leaves their 4-6 children, don’t tell their husband their leaving, to have a surgery in a foreign part of the world. Tameka is one bold ***** but too bad her boldness cost her a marriage to one of the richest & finest men in the industry.

Usher’s mother must be in the background saying “see I told you that woman was trouble.” Too late now Usher you then laid down & had not one but two seeds with that psycho woman.

I believe this is fake. She would have said something by now. His career is dead in the water. He just did a for ladies only concert and no feedback on if it was a full house or not. Did anyone else hear The Wendy Williams Experience yesterday? During the last hour of the show some man named James called up to basically out Usher. He wasn’t talking like a cartoon character or anything…he sounded serious and normal. James said that a male R&B singer, who reportedly filed for divorce yesterday, was in fact a gay man. James says that the star even put him through medical school while they were seeing each other.

I’m tripping off of ppl who say “keep it together for the kids”. Have you gone mad? Parents who try to “keep it together for the kids” cause more harm than good in the long run. Trust and believe! Having two parents in a house who resent each other, puts a burden on the children because of the tension and/or constant bickering. Children pick up on these things. Even if they’re not actually quarreling, kids sense the distance, hear the terse comments and often catch a glance at the evil looks being exchanged. It’s better to have parents seperated but happy, than together and miserable. The children DO NOT BENEFIT from such an environment. Don’t comment on things which you have absolutely no insight about!

Did anyone consider that for the first set of children/marriage?

I………THINK………..NOT!!!!!!!!

Anywho–I still have mixed emotions about this. As an African American woman, a part of me shows sympathy for Tameka–especially the way the public (and myself at times) trashed her. So much that she took things to heart and tried to alter her appearance when she should’ve just let well enough alone.

At the end of the day–these people are entertainers (or married to one) and we’ll always have opinions about them.

I just wished Tameka would take the high road and not let the public see how much she allowed them to control her life.

Even if some of the things typed about her are true, I hope she’s learned a valuable lesson and can concentrate on raising her children to be contributing memebers of society.

As far as Ursher–LMAO @ how people are calling him gay on one hand and pairing him BACK up with Chilli on the other.

Remember–Chilli was 6 years older than Usher, guys!
