The drama continues. Bossip spoke with an industry insider who shed yet another side of this Usher/Tameka divorce melee:
Usher is currenty living in LA working on his album, which comes out in October. He normally not one to take many photos, however recently he’s been photographed quite often. He’s doing the same thing that Jay Z and Beyonce are doing, which is hiring photographers to take pictures that they have pre-approved. He’s trying to build positive press in his favor at the expense of his wife’s image. From the advice given by his mother (who’s hired a completely new publicity team), he’s trying to get the public to throw Tameka under the bus. At this point Tameka doesn’t want to get divorced and everyone in her camp is thinking that he’s just doing this as a publicity stunt to sell more records. – like another Confession’s record. Some wonder if this marriage was really a cover-up for an alternative lifestyle. Once the divorce papers are signed, the floodgates will open.
This ish is about to be like Chrihannagate ‘09….there will be several thousand stories. Lawd.

@cat4everrr – Yes there are a lot of men who put their own self-interest ahead of their children/family. However, as a woman (and black) women don’t just accidentially get pregnant in this era (unless we are raped). We have options and total control over our bodies and too often our children are a by-product of selfishness.
Tameka had 3 children before she met Usher and she knew about birth control but she INTENTIONALLY got pregnant to trap the man. You don’t go for years w/o child and then have an accident – this was calculated so her children’s birth don’t fit your rolling stone scenario.
The problem today is that there are women who see children as a check instead of something to be loved and cherished. If Tameka had waited a couple of years into her marriage she could have better determined whether it was conducive to bringing children into that relationship but she got pregnant to snag the man – which happens quite frequently.
As women, we have to begin to look inward before we point outward. A man won’t do what we won’t allow and if we TRULY LOVE OUR CHILDREN (& self) and want them to remain innocent then we need to explore what that means BEFORE we have them instead of trying to seek empathy after they are born. We need to be more RESPONSIBLE for our actions as well.
It is my belief that if a woman is unwilling or can’t take care of a child by herself we really shouldn’t bring them into the world because nothing is guaranteed in this life but death and taxes.

I suspect this was the plan all along. I honestly believe that Usher and Tameka made a deal to get married because both wanted children and Tameka wanted to at least be able to say, I was married. Sounds to me that whoever leaked this info is actually trying to throw Usher under the bus before the divorce proceedings even start.
