Why does she need to put her feet away? I could see if she was walking down the street but she was on stage performing. Do people tell Joss Stone, Patti Labelle and all the other performer that take off their shoes to perform, to put their feet away?

Sometimes we forget where we come from and start ‘puttin on airs’ Tasia has not forgotten that she is from High Point. One of the things that makes her so appealing is the ‘down home’ or ‘country’ quality, (along with the amazing voice) she can also dress up when the need arises. Fantasia is a natural born entertainer – there is not one young singer out today that she cannot sing ‘off the stage’ – yet, she has remained humble. Rachelle Ferrell comes to mind, she can also do amazing things with her voice and is in the same league with Fantasia. I think that Tasia is a beautiful and amazing young woman who has remained grounded. We do not need pretentious people as role models.

Fantasia does not SANG she SCREAMS on every song. The only time she actually sang was when she sung Summertime on American Idol. She is not going to be as big as the non singers is because she does not have the Look, sorry to say it but that is what the industry goes for .

You notice that when a darn skinned person that is from the south is posted they are immediately put down: “No class, disgrace, caveman feet, street vendor, great googly-moogly, don’t look right, baby mama songs”. We don’t need other races to put us down, we have each other. She is a black woman taking care of her child and making her own money.
