This is such a good luck for the 1st lady. I heard that the white house chefs actually use vegetables and herbs from the garden to prepare white house meals.

I’ve been so inspired I’ve started my own herb garden…….and before someone asks I’m talking about the herbs you use to prepare meals!

I stop eating a lot of fast food and eat more vegetables and fruits, but you cant get no fresher than your own garden, because some of these fools be pissing on the lettuce and tomatoes~~

Not only that, the types of industrial pesticides they use on the plants and the chemically engineered stuff they put in the soil to supposedly “nourish” the crops. Bad, bad stuff.

If you can’t grow/raise the stuff yourself, buy organic. It’s a bit more expensive but trust me,
after a couple of months of eating organic, you’ll literally feel a difference. I don’t always buy organic produce but I definitely buy organic meats.

I THINK IT’S GREAT THAT MICHELLE IS SO IN TOUCH WITH THE KIDS…..INSTEAD OF DOING A TAPED COMMERCIAL ABOUT READING A BOOK SO IT CAN BE REPLAYED OVER AND OVER AT 3 IN THE MORNING!

@me, i love Whole Foods i can live in that store plus i buy this drink called Aloe Vera juice drink (all natural ) and its sweetened with cane sugar and only has like 10 calories in it. It is a good antioxidant for your system, but we all know Aloe Vera is good for everything hair, burns , skin all of that~~

@ back on my swag~~~ try it next time you are there, you can also go to one of those markets that sell Asian and carribean foods and buy it in a bottle called,.. Aloe Vera juice drink, it taste a lil better than the one that comes in a bottle that just says Aloe Vera~~her in Cali they got the Rancho markets that sell it, they have a whole aisle of it but make sure you get the one in the green bottle that says Aloe Vera juice drink , some have pulp and some dont but i like the one with the pulp because its the rral aloe vera in there~~

I’m a fan of Whole Foods myself. I also like Trader Joe’s. Shaw’s and Stop and Shop have a large variety of organic products too, which is where I frequently shop (because it’s much closer lol).

Awwww! What a breath of fresh air. No negativity. Our FL is revolutionizing the WH, and the more I see and hear about the things she does, the more I love her to pieces.

Whole Foods is the bomb! It’s just a bit too expensive, but it’s worth it.

Thank you to the alimighty father and the omniversal light energy that has finally reached Earth.

Just so you know, Eleanor Roosevelt planted the first veggie garden after WWII. She called it the WH Victory garden, which was made up of vegetable, fruit and herbs.

While she’s digging away, MICHELLE needs to tell Barrack to stop the Food Safety Modernization Act of 2009 (HR 875), which will SHUT DOWN local and small organic farmers.

Google the prop and you will see what they are trying to do…and tell your congressmen to vote NO!

True! I still believe that Michelle is very humble and that adds to her beauty- inside and out. In this day and age, especially when you are financially well off, try to appear as though everything needs to be grocery store bought- she’s innovative in bringing it back. Veggies, Fruits, Herbs are always better, when you have control over the pesticides, chemicals used, etc.

Love michelle and her earthiness..Friendly, approachable and down to earth…such a sweetheart
