Illinois Man Arrested For Disorderly Conduct For Foot Fondling

This is such a crazy story BECAUSE we’ve actually heard it before. This is the second guy we have heard of going HAM on the feet of college girls studying at the library, and what’s worse is he is actually a repeat offender.

According to People.com reports:

A Naperville, Illinois, police spokesman tells PEOPLE that Omar Carlton of Aurora faces four counts of battery and four more for disorderly conduct after he’s alleged to have rubbed his own bare feet across the toes of four women as they studied in North Central College’s library.

Carlton’s arrest report claims he “made contact of an insulting and provoking nature with all four” victims and that this “intentional, prolonged contact” was unwanted.

Carlton was also charged with violating the terms of his bail and criminal trespassing during his Oct. 8 arrest, the spokesman says. Police claim Carlton had been banned from the school’s grounds years ago after being accused of similar offenses.

His alleged victims had taken off their shoes to study, the police spokesman explains.

Carlton is being held in DuPage County Jail in Wheaton, Illinois, on $10,000 bail. He has not yet entered a plea.

The police spokesman adds that last week’s arrest was actually Carlton’s fifth for unwanted foot touching. The four previous cases were all disposed of in court.

Can you even imagine catching some weirdo rubbing his feet on yours? Yuck. What the hell. Guess that foot fetish fiend life is something serious!
