My mother too was on drugs and I had to deal with kids talking about my mama and calling her names. My brother and I have fought other kids for her and fought other adults for messing with her. My mother was killed when i was 18 trying to clean her life up, so I have a different type of respect for children of drug abusers as well as recovering drug users and just plain ole regular crack smokers. I feel for them, b/c like you said I dont think any of them, my mama included said to herself as a child, ooh I want to grow up and be a crack head. I applaud your post and I really feel what you are saying. thanks for speaking some sense in here.

She is the epitome of a disgusting disgrace stereotypical black woman. I have to utmost respect for Keyshia Cole. I’m glad she didn’t fall prey to this ignorance and decided she wanted better for herself. I would never blame the children because it’s not their fault but Frankie is at fault for everything that is wrong with Neffie and possibly her other children out there. She said on the last season she had a 5 year old!!! I was thinking how is that freaking possible? Ugh.

As to Frankie, my beef with her is how she contantly stresses Keisha out and blames everyone else but herself for her problems. As far as I am concerned that has nothing to do with drugs, that’s attitude.

My immediate prayers went out to the children and grandchildren. I hope they overcome this generational curse of drugs/sexual addiction and shame.

Y’all killing me complaining bout this “HALF” term. They are half! She brought 8 kids into this earth that she didn’t raise. They were not even raise together. Some of them just meet in the last couple of years thanks to Keisha Cole.

I have an older sister who was 8 when my parents got married. I never considered her half because she & I were raised in the same damn house by the same 2 parents. Frankie’s kids were raised in foster care and apart. I hope it’s more clear now!

… on another note, crack is one helluva diet drug. This broad has given birth to EIGHT human beings and is still that small. I aint mad at that.

Drugs are a deterioration of families, from parents neglecting their children to drug dealers killing each other in turf wars. The Government is not winning the war on the drugs. The best thing to do is treat the addicts, not incarcerate them. If there is no demand, there won’t be any need for supply. Our youngmen need to get their education, H.S. Diploma, GED & then go to Technical school for electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc. You will make good money & you will be free. Drugs is not the way of life. You will die young either on the streets or in jail. Drugs destroys the entire community. A lot of addicts are taking drugs to get out of reality. That’s sad, they need prayer, not punishment.

Frankie may not have been the best mother, and she would probably be the first to admit that. In spite of that Keisha is being a good daughter and doing the right thing by her mother. Dwelling on the past can drive you right into the ground. Keisha learned from her mother’s mistakes and kept it pushing. You can pick your friends, but you can’t pick your family. We all have relatives that we would love to tell to kick rocks, but we rise above it and do the right thing.

Let’s give Frankie a little credit. She is trying to clean up her life. She looks a lot better and healthier than she used to. We should pray for the whole lot.

I’m not sure if I’m buying the whole Frankie trying to change her life thing. When ever she was on camera I never saw her say or do anything that made sense. Looks like she is the child and the kids are the parents. Her and her daughter with all the kids need to go to Rehab lets see how they act then.

This is old news. I heard of Frankie having 7 kids from when Keyshia’s show first came out. There is a such thing as half-brother/half-sister. It’s in the dictionary as well. May not sound right but that doesn’t make them any less your brother or sister. Still share the same blood but there are half siblings, aunts, and uncles in all walks of life. Frankie’s offspring weren’t even raised in the same household, I’d consider them half siblings.
