Sucks to come from a country that wastes tax money, and gov’t time on Rihanna who sang Umbrealla. LMAO Just doesn’t make sense to me. Maybe giver her a key to her hometown city or sumthin, but a Rihanna day sactioned by the gov’t is just a plain ole waste of money and time. Cuz she won’t be around very much longer. I’m laughing at Barbados, and SMH.
