Yes, why M.J……such a talented yet tortured soul. I doubt he ever found love from a companion. Soooo sad. All the false desires the devil tries to instill. So displeased with our selves. Makes me wanna cry. Sooo handsome, yet so insecure, yet so talented…….had he been more grounded, this man would have soared higher than these highest heights we recognize and love him for. To the Lord now, to the LORD…..Michael Jackson.

I agree with the top 5. Visually, Thriller was cutting edge for its time. The acting was…odd. Remember the Time seemed to evoke some type of emotion for me. It was visually stunning, and it’s one of my favorite Michael Jackson songs. I remember they debuted it after the Simpsons or something like that. Everyone was glued to the TV set. Michael’s songs are so amazing. YOU ARE NOT ALONE IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • NIKKI UNDERWOOD

Hey does anyone think more tragedy will come from this one? What I mean is a friend and I were discussing how some people may commit suicide. Any thoughts?

  • Lady J

Michael, Michael, Michael…..LOVE HIM!!!! I’m proud to say that Gary, Indiana was my birthplace & hometown too….I have also been in his home(several times) that he grew up in….I also know some of his relatives that are still in GI. I cried as if he was my family member….

BTW: When MJJ cast Eddie Murphy as the pharoah, that was genius, Eddie was funny with his expressions.

    Music died yesterday.

  • Bohwe

Oh and Smooth Criminal. When MJJ did the lean, priceless the best choreography ever. Man, I love MJJ.

    Music died yesterday.

I know it’s wrong, but if there is a tribute album or tribute in the works for him, I hope it’s MJj singing and performing. I don’t want to see any other artists trying to perform and sing his work.

Oh man, I know I forgot one 11. I’m Bad, I use to always sing this song.

Michael was not meant to live more than 50 years on this earth. The man started performing at the age of 6, non-stop. I love MJJ, but to spend your whole life in a bubble, singing, performing. taking art to the extreme, pushing yourself to unrealistic heights. His body couldn’t take it anymore. for 44 years his body went through unprecedented changes both mentally and physically. Let’s be real, MJJ hasn’t been healthy for a long time. It’s sad that he had to live that life. I’m grateful for his music and art but like Mozart and Van Gogh, he was an extremist, and he paid the price. And by looking at Joseph reactions right now, I truly believe he’s hurt, but as a father he realizes MJJ couldn’t take it. I’m surprised he lasted this long. People say he was young, realistically his body was probably much older. He never retired, and his body just gave up. And people want to speculate on what happen, look at how this artist pushed himself. He wasn’t like the other artists who only practiced for a few hours and did the recordings, he perfected it first. We have to remember, that by MJJ own account he underwent surgery to heigten his voice. MJJ said his body was an instrument, it sure was. MJJ is the 21st century Mozart.
