I noticed last night on Fox news that they were very negative in their comments about MJ. I had to change the channel. People are mourning this loss and they wanted to talk about all the bad things. It was very inappropriate. Let the man rest in peace.

I don’t care who the man is or what he represents. Respect is respect he flapped his tongue the wrong way. Guess what I don’t care for politicians they all lie to get there.

What we don’t know is what went on behind closed doors with Michael Jackson. We have nothing but rumors. No facts have ever come to light. What we do know is that Michael Jackson was the biggest influence in music the world has ever seen. Lets remember that.

Toobin is very critical on our pres and now the king of Pop. He should learn some tact and not always say wat will get him talked about.

Jeffrey Toobin is the Senior Legal Anyalyst for CNN. He was discussing the legal aspects and implications of Michael’s death. He also spoke about the different legal difficulties during Michael’s life. He was doing what he is paid to do, offer legal commentary. Don’t take what he says to heart. Perhaps his comments were ill-timed but he is very knowledgale about what he speaks. I should know, I’ve read two of his books. Just do what I did: turn to MTV.

YES! I completely agree with you. Despite the fact that he is senior analyst, I didn’t understand why he wasn’t being respectful and was being so harsh moments after the death was confirmed. I am a big CNN fan and was sad when it no one at the network seemed to be stopping him.
