This is a great picture of him, he looks healthy, this is before it all started to go down hill. I would have loved it better if it was one of the many radiant pictures of the black Mike. I’m not trying to stir up any controversy because this is who he was too but there are young children in 2009 who either don’t know who he is or no that he’s black. For all those who will follow, he should be remembered as what he truly was, a beautiful black man and not what his unfortunate illness turned him into.

I dunno when Iread all these news of MJ and hiss passing, I get chills on my back. It was really sad the way he died and lived his life in his last years but I really love his music. He was such a talent and a superstar individual loved by many accross the world.
And he didn’t have to resort to gimmicks to cover a lack of talent – he had talent to back-up his image. Nor did he have to resort to Rap or whatever nonsense that passes for music today! He was a TRUE musician!

MJJ will be missed. I really hope that although he was a private man, that his family reelease unknown positive information about him to counter the negative garbage white media put out there, that ultimately killed him. And yes, I’m saying the white media because they were the only ones bombarding the world with negative allegations after allegations. And for those parents who lied and said that MJJ touched their kids. If MJJ was so supicious and guilty , why would you allow a grown man to have that much access to your kids to begin with? Huh?If MJJ was guilty so are you for pimping your kids out like that for money, and you too should have been on trial.
Off topic: MJJ once called Foxy Brown telling her how she was pretty or beautiful. She told the story to Carson Daly , and said she didn’t feel pretty until he said that. That is so sweet. Had no idea MJJ liked sexualized women like that. I ain’t mad at Mike. But it would have been an interesting combination, MJ and Foxy. MJJ must have had game, he dated Stephanie Mills had her staying in his apartment in Manhattan cooking and doing his laundry for him. back in the day. She mentioned that he was a good kisser. If Mike would have allowed the media to see him with women all types of women, not just a certain type and children, maybe they would have treated him better.

Nice photo of Mike. I remember watching that video, ITC and watching Naomi and Mike thinking that they would have made the bomb couple. They had great chemistry, and he always seemed masculine around her. Even at the awards, something about Naomi brought the real Mike. It was rumored that they dated back then. Don’t know, but Naomi admitted they were friends.
