Dwight Howard Named The Father Of Tiffany Render’s Little Girl

Dwight Howard’s legal battle with one of his many baby mamas has come to an end after a Florida judge ruled the NBA star is the father of her child – and closed the case filed by the kid’s mother the same day.

Tiffany Render slapped the NBA star with a paternity suit in Orange County, FL family court earlier this year. Render claimed in her suit that she reached a confidential settlement with Howard in 2013, in which he would pay $10,000 a month in child support for their 4-year-old daughter. However, she said since January, Howard has only been paying her half of what is owed.

The baby mama said that since Howard can’t follow their deal and pay up the $10,000 a month, she decided to file the lawsuit and allow the judge to determine the amount of support based on his $27 million a year NBA contract. She claimed she needed the extra dough for expensive private schooling, extracurricular activities and various other expenses.

Howard didn’t take kindly to being hit with the lawsuit by Render, and countersued her, blasting her complaint and demanded that the child support and custody agreement they worked out in 2013 be enforced and no changes be made to the deal.

Then on December 18th, the judge presiding over the case in Orange County closed the case and issued the final judgment. The terms of the order aren’t available to the public but it has established Dwight as the legal father of the child.

The case was closed the same day – leaving Dwight with one less baby mama to battle in court.
