BET messed up when they didn’t stick to the plan and went off track to try to honor MJ. If it would have been a planned event rather than a spur of the moment one then maybe the show would have been better. I liked MJ’s music and do think that they should honor him, but they could have done that by making the BET awards this year the best that it could have been rather than something so sad that most viewers would have felt the need to turn the channel like many did. It was completely unorganized and all over the damn place. Everyone dressed like MJ and all this crap, I don’t know, I just was not feeling it at all. Let him rest in peace all ready, half the people that call themselves loving him dogged him out and talked about him his whole life anyway. I’m sure that he is so thankful to finally be able to rest in a better place.

According to my source, what happened was Wayne’s daughter Reginae, 9, was upset that she didn’t get the chance to accompany her father, Lil Wayne, to the stage to accept his award because she was sitting too far back in the audience.

Once backstage, the youngster began to cry. And Wayne, who they say is a great dad, hated to see his little girl cry. So he told Reginae she could come out onstage during his performance with Drake. Reginae, being the team player that she is, asked the other members of her group to go out on stage with her.
