Before Michael passed away we asked our readers if they thought the kids were his. Out of 10,000 votes, roughly, 8600 of you said “no”…you all were right:
We’ve learned Michael Jackson was not the biological father of any of his children. And Debbie Rowe is not the biological mother of the two kids she bore for Michael. All three children were conceived in vitro — outside the womb.
Multiple sources deeply connected to the births tell us Michael was not the sperm donor for any of his kids. Debbie’s eggs were not used. She was merely the surrogate, and paid well for her services in the births of Michael Jr. and Paris.
In the case of Prince Michael II (the youngest), we’re told the surrogate was never told of the identity of the “receiving parent” — Michael Jackson. Three days after Prince was born at Grossmont Hospital in San Diego County, Jackson’s lawyer came to the hospital to pick the baby up and deliver him to Michael. We do not know if Jackson chose the sperm or egg donors or if he even knew who they were.
Although Rowe is not the biological mother, it’s not a slam dunk that she would lose a custody battle. This type of case has never been litigated in California courts. Since Rowe was married to Jackson when Michael Jr. and Paris were born, there’s a presumption that she’s the biological parent. That presumption can be rebutted by other evidence.
We know there are documents outlining the whole arrangement for the birth of all three kids. Nonetheless, it’s still an open issue with the courts.

Michael Jackson never adopted his three children, even though he’s not the biological father. Jackson never filed legal papers to adopt any of his children. Legal experts tell us Jackson would be presumed the father but it’s not conclusive by any means.
As for why Jackson didn’t formally adopt — we’re told at the time the kids were born there was no third party whom he believed would try and claim custody. For some reason, Jackson never thought Debbie Rowe would mount a custody challenge.

This story is just weird and getting weider. But its no big suprise I mean i dont think anyone really thought Michael Jackson could have 3 full fledged white kids in less u believe in some early theories of evolution where if u cut your arm off your child will be born without an arm. They’re not ‘genetically’ connected to the Jackson family either so that’s a wash. But she was Michael’s wife when they mutually agreed to “acquire” the kids and she did carry them in her uterus so they were as much her kids as they were Michael’s.
It would appear that MJ did not want any biological attachment to the kids, hence the seperate sperm, eggs, and surrogate. I hope that it is because he didn’t want them to be black and not because of sexual abuse.

Just because you are “genetically” tied to them doesn’t make her a mother?
If Michael suffered from body dismorphic disorder (hate for one’s own body) it stands to reason that he would not want to have biological children because they would look like what he hated. However, nyone with good sense could see those were not Michael’s biological children, but I agree with the other poster, biology doesn’t matter. He was daddy those kids. The only parent they have ever known and he loved them dearly.

Her rights as their mother can only be taken away if Debbie is found to be an unfit parent. Signing over custody to Michael when he was alive does NOT make her an unfit parent unless she knew she was placing them in a dangerous situation. Now Michael is gone and she’s still here so what grounds would the court have for denying her parental rights?

I agree with you that he probably spoil them kids and gave them toys , games , etc.. but that doesnt qualify as a good father. these kids were basically in a large bird cage , seperated from society . forget not wanting to exploit the kids , he has isolated them and probably kept certain truths from there lives. I agree with you 100%. I’m sure we all have seen bad parenting before. I mean really bad. Despite the isolation, and the weird upbringing, all I’m saying is I’m sure those kids were happy as hell. Was he a perfect parent? Is anyone?

If that is the case, bet Katherine and the Family won’t be hearing well, “feed them till they look like you”. And SHE WON THAT CASE, the court found that the earlier agreement was illegal.
Bottom Line: DEBBIE ROWE WILL GET HER KIDS.

i just watched an old interview with mj last night and he said in it that he doesn’t know who his third child’s mother is and she doesn’t know who mj is, but he said all he cared about was that the mother have good eye sight and have a good IQ, and he also said the third child’s mother is black. None of those kids look like they have black in them. He also said he had sex with debbie and concieved the first two children naturally. I don’t know what to believe…then again in the interview he also said the only plastic surgery he ever had was on his nose.
Michael was very sick and kept a lot of it hidden from the public. He had a genetic disease that affected his lungs, lupus and a host of other problems. Anybody can plainly see why he chose not to use his own sperm. He didn’t want to risk p*****ing anything on to his children, but he still wanted kids and this was the only way to do that. It’s a *****ken shame too, because the “genius” in his blood has died with him. None of his children have it. His brilliance is gone forever. I think all the Jacksons, except Janet and Rebie were money grubbin people. Janet made her own success and Rebie has been married a long time and stayed out of the limelight with a normal life. Latoya is just crazy! All the others lived off of Michael and his brothers were so jealous of him. They couldn’t make any serious money w/o him. 3 of the dead beat brothers currently live at home with Katherine. Only Tito has managed to make some money with his music, playing at gigs. Jermaine wants to cry now, but he wanted to publish a tell-all book about Michael a few years ago stating some very nasty things about his brother for cash. I’d like to see people stand up and say they wanted custody of MJ’s kids if there was NO money involved. Wouldn’t happen! The question that people brought up in this forum, was why didn’t MJ use his own sperm. I answered that question and chose not to get into why his children are not black. Everybody knows this is a deep issue. His Father has everything to do with his identity problems and why his life became so screwed up. It’s no damm mystery. MJ needed therapy which he never got. Instead, like most celebrities he chose to mask his pain with other things. Michael did not “want” to be white and I’m so sick of this Bullllshish. He had vitiligo and many people can attest to that. Even Deepak Chopra went on CNN and said MJ had “severe” white blotches all over his body, which he personally viewed and his only option was to lighten his skin. No Makeup in the world would cover that. Michael was deeply hurt that people thought he wanted to be white, because of what he did to his skin – but unfortunately his actions over these last few years made it hard for people to believe that. I could care less about his skin color, the color of his kids or any of that. All that matters to me and his fans, is what really happened to cause his death….and so should you. I have a friend whose childhood was dramatically impacted by unkind comments about her skin tone…to the point of wanting to marry a white man, so her children would not have the same experience. His hair curl had been the same since the 1980s, and when his hair started to thin out and turn grey, he wore wigs (hence that straight hair).
The only weird thing was his nose that he constantly got done; possibly rooting from the fact he didn’t find himself attractive (rooting from the physical and mental abuse of his childhood).
Wasn’t Michael Jackson diagnosed with schizophrenia as a child? Yes, according to one of his brothers. Schizophrenia has a chance of being genetically p*****ed on, moreso than other psychological diseases.
Look; Michael had plenty of reasons not to use his sperm, and chances are he did use the sperm of Arnold Klein, his dermatologist who presented court do*****ents proving he had vitiligo, or it could be Mark Lester, the children’s godfather. I do agree with you for the most part but, I don’t beleieve he had Vitiligo, I do beleive as a young black boy, and growing black man, he saw and felt the struggles that we as black people went through to try to make it. I don’t fault him for that. I think Dr. Chopra (as many did) was a cover for Michael. I think Michael was a good hearted spirit and was embarrased for the lengths he went to become something else. Just my opinion, but Mike did what alot of black people are intentionally doing now. Some will even bluntly tell you. Some black people have become so insecure with their outside appearance that they will intentionally have mixed children to ensure that their children won’t entirely look like them. Especially when it comes to the two biggest subjects in the black community: skintone and “good hair.” Mike just had money,power, and access to be able to take it a little further by changing his physical features entirely and having/adopting white kids. I’ve seen where a kids of black/white parents turn out looking white, but all 3 of them! MJ was black despite how he changed his appearance, and you see no type of features. People are doubting they’re hi kids because of skin, eye, and hair color… Hmmm lets look at this… joe jackson has colored eyes, mike’s mother has a very pointed nose, not to mention the kids mother is white! not hispanic ( which would give the kids more color) Has any one ever seen mike’s grandparents? I know plenty of people who have light colored eyed babies and both parents are dark or brown ( not mixed children) and the child takes after a grandparent. you don’t have to LOOK like the genes that you carry.

I do not believe mike was obssessed with being Black. Look at how much he loved and looked up to barry gordy, james brown and diana ross. You were so misunderstood, vilified, and beat upon. There was so much mockery and hatred of you, for only one reason. You’re goodness; your luminosity into the beautiful heart you believed could be in every man. You had such generosity, and tried so hard to teach others, to look into the soul; and to not judge based on color, creed or cl*****.
