Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch is for sale:
Jackson received word Monday from Financial Title Company, the trustee, that unless he pays off $24,525,906.61 by that date, a public auction will go forward in Santa Barbara, Calif., in front of the county courthouse.
It’s not just the house either. When Neverland is auctioned, it will include everything: all personal property inside, all fixtures and appliances, furniture, and “all merry go round type devices,” any rides, games. The auction literally includes every single thing that is or isn’t nailed down.
Damn, Mike. You can kiss that baby good-bye. There’s no way in hell he’s coming up with all that paper by March 19th. Poor thang.

I stayed at Neverland Valley Ranch for 3 weeks the summer of ‘90. I was hoping to get groped or sip some jesus juice or something so I could get enough hush money to help my family. What did I get? Candy and a pair of Thriller contacts! That’s it. I slept in the same bed as Mike and all he could come up with was candy and contacts? Where’s the justice? Some of us need molestation hush money. I feel cheated.

In the current housing market, especially in California, Michael could still be held accountible for the difference in what he owes on the ranch and what it sells for at the auction, if there is one, depending on the type of mortage(s)he has, the number of mortagages, and how much he owes on each. Because housing prices are down and the property will sell for MUCH less than what the remainning balance is.
Mike hasn’t lived there for over 2 years. He could have sold it and got a large profit from it when the market was kinda good, and paid down his loans and bought another compound.

To those that say Michael is not broke due to the worth of his *****ets, Yes that may be true. But the issue must obviously be a cash flow problem.
Because, a person can have a large networth and be cash poor. Networth of *****ets consist of the collective worth of all the things a person owns. But networth does not mean that a person could not have a money (cash flow) problem if the amount of money that Michael is bringing in each month is lower than his monthly or annual expenses.
So obviously there is a money issue with Michael or else he would not have had that large loan for millions from Bank of America that was due a while ago.

Something in the way of things…
Have you ever *****ed up your hair, and the world had to let you know the ***** was so. You start off thinking you are fly and the laughter is coincidental. Then some one is bold enough to stop whispering and you are forcefully called out on your tragic mistake.
At that point the denial slowly slips away and the truth becomes apparent as the operatic tones of the hilarious engulf you. You have to multiply that by 2,000,000 and square it to understand mike’s best day.
We use to worship this cat. I mean, I remember watching him do the moon walk for the first time on the Grammies. In addition to listening to his life defining music, many of which others have listed. However it soon dawned on me just how *****ed up this really is. He was the flag ship for being black. The man that made every other race want to be us when he performed.
I have to admit Mike is more durable than most, big ups for grinding it out. Even with the fame and the millions many would have hit the self-destruct button along time ago. He went from sex symbol to circus act in less than 10 years. No accident either by his own ungrateful disturbed hands.
Kind of reminds me of that Twilight Zone where the old man makes his ungrateful relatives wear the masks that symbolize their personal vices. They where them with hopes of gaining his inheritance. Then when he dies they each realize their faces have frozen into the same grotesque shapes the masks mocked. Just like MJ Then the madness ensues…
Well in Mike’s case the old man is African Heritage and Mike’s vice was he hated being related to him. What makes it so ironic is the entire world thought he was the most beautiful talented person on earth. What kind of voodoo makes a man with everything want so badly to be someone else?
