To those that say Michael is not broke due to the worth of his assets, Yes that may be true. But the issue must obviously be a cash flow problem.

Because, a person can have a large networth and be cash poor. Networth of Assets consist of the collective worth of all the things a person owns. But networth does not mean that a person could not have a money (cash flow) problem if the amount of money that Michael is bringing in each month is lower than his monthly or annual expenses.

So obviously there is a money issue with Michael or else he would not have had that large loan for millions from Bank of America that was due a while ago.

That property should have been paid for years ago… WTF!!!!
